Rotator cuff injury - I'll just rest it for sometime and it will heal!!
True that the pain may go away if you don't use your shoulder, and it is required in the initial few weeks.
The body has its own healing capacity but with that said the rotator cuff will be prone to re injuries when loaded again. You may also be overusing other muscles to do the work that ideally the rotator cuff muscle is required to do.
Therefore post injury it's important to strengthen the muscle and resolve the normal shoulder movements.

Having Vertigo & Dizziness, but not sure what can you do to resolve it?
Here are few guidelines for it :
Check with ENT to confirm the cause to be from the calcium crystals in the ear
Once confirmed a vestibular rehabilitation can be done by us to help you reduce the vertigo and dizziness symptoms.
If the vertigo and dizziness is not due any ENT reasons then there is a high chance that it could be coming from your cervical spine(neck).
In such a situation orthopedic and physiotherapists need to examine and treat the cervical spine as required.
In some scenarios if its neither an ENT nor a spinal problem, there is a chance for the symptoms to be occurring due to certain medications.

Sciatica the name typically comes from irritation to the sciatic nerve, which travels deep in the buttock and down the back of the leg. Sciatica is a term used to describe radiating pain traveling into the buttock or down the back of the thigh. Sciatica can be caused not only by a disc irritating the nerve but also by the tight piriformis muscle.
