Do you see that thin hairline crack right in the middle of the tablet? That happens mostly because of the changes in the temperature of either the wax or the ambient environment.

Usually when there is an abrupt shift in the temperature, some of our tablets do develop cracks when we make them. While these cracks are superficial and do not affect the scent of the tablet, we do not ship these out to our customers. Instead, we reuse the wax to make soy wax melts.

We are loving the new boxes for our products! The best part is that these boxes are handmade with recycled paper!

Our incense cones are made with only 4 ingredients - Hibiscus powder, Benzoin essential oil, Soy wax and Palm oil. We do not add water, camphor, charcoal or wooden husk to the mixture. Because of this, our cones last for at least an hour and they smell like a havan.
