Every special moment comes to an end and this occasion is not an exception. We rejoin to part and take home the memories of the time we have spent in our school. Every day has a night to assure that it will return again. This is the time when we say that. Though our part in our school is over, our memories will always remain pristine. We thank all the dignitaries and 11th class students for giving us such an amazing farewell, and all our outgoing friends who accepted the invitation and made this a memorable occasion.

We are having farewell party for class 12th students tomorrow (18/02/14). All the 12th class students have to report school at 12 noon. Enjoy :)

Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan has informed about the change in uniform for Kendriya Vidyalaya from June 2012.

The new uniform designed by NIFT Delhi is being introduced ahead of the golden jubilee year of Kendriya Vidyalayas in 2013. Checkered shirts with an interplay of red, white, grey and blue matched with grey bottoms, customised accessories, besides leggings and hooded sweatshirts for winter will be part of the makeover.

Ample time of two years is given by the KVS for changing the uniforms to the new design. The new and old uniforms can be used simultaneously by the students during the transition period. The old ones may gradually be changed to the new ones by July 2014.

Class I students may get the uniforms stitched as per the new design. Students of Class XII may continue using the old uniform if they so desire.The much awaited new uniform designed are released by KVS.

Designed by the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), the uniform will be more colourful and will have two sets of dresses for boys — one for Classes I to V and the other for Classes VI to XII. Girls will have three sets — for Classes I and II, Classes III to VIII, and Classes IX to XII.
