Students of Hospitality and Retail supported by IIFL Foundation and implemented by REACHA participated in flag hoisting at Kupwara, Kashmir. Students rallied to Machil (60 km from Kupwara) near line of control and distributed Indian Flags in the villages that were on the way. Participants were received at Machil under supervision of Brigadier Vinod Singh Negi (Commander 53 Infantry Brigade). Col Rajat Kumar Birman (CO 56 RR) along with other Army officers hoisted the Tiranga on 15 August 2023 along with our students and staff and paid tribute to army martyrs at Machil War Memorial.

On the occasion of #AnandUtsav, an event organised to celebrate IIFL Foundation's foundation day, over 𝟯𝟲,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗴𝗶𝗿𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 enrolled at IIFL Foundation run 1200 𝗦𝗮𝗸𝗵𝗶𝘆𝗼𝗻 𝗞𝗶 𝗕𝗮𝗮𝗱𝗶 schools, 𝟭𝟮𝟬𝟬 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀, and hundreds of community members, social sector leaders and well wishers joined on multiple digital platforms dedicated to the event.
Mrs.Madhu Karnawat Jain, Director, IIFL Foundation shares the review of the year with everyone as a part of IIFL's transparent culture. This year the event was graced with address (online) by respected Shri. Gulab Chand Kataria ji, Leader of Opposition, Rajasthan Assembly, who appreciated the efforts of IIFL Foundation towards girl child literacy.

As part of its #MissionConquerCovid, IIFL Foundation has begun donating of COVID relief kits in rural hamlets of Rajasthan. These Covid Relief Kits are handed to the COVID warriors across viz. ASHA workers (Accredited Social Health Activist), ANMs (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) and health officers, operating at the grass root level across these rural hamlets. These community level health workers are among the first ones to know about any new case in these towns. Prof.Savita Joshi (Govt.Girls Senior Sec. Residency School, Udiapur) appreciates and thanks #IIFLFoundation for redeveloping science laboratories for Girls studying in class 9th to 12th. Practical education is of prime importance for students studying in class 11th and 12th. As while pursuing higher education, they can opt for medical studies and engineering streams with this base. The Residency Govt. school is pivotal for pursuing education in science faculty for over 1000+ girls each year.
