We are excited to announce the team of DWDG Future Leaders Programme 2023-24.

First, we have the Expertise network Purpose Led headed by Abhay Kinagi. Looking forward to a tenure full of growth and development for the entire team.

Over the final three weeks of our first semester in the Future Leaders program, the team successfully created and delivered the strategic presentation.
Week 1: From deciphering and deconstructing the problem statement to constructing comprehensive issue trees, the students learned the value of understanding the problem and the MECE approach of breaking them down into sub-issues.
Week 2: The team started working on slide making, understanding the essential features and key aspects of refining slides
Week 3: Ultimately the students delivered compelling presentations, and learned the importance of communicating well.
The entire project proved to be an invaluable learning journey for the entire team.

The weekly meet 4 of ShARE witnessed a competitive atmosphere with quizzing. The 3 rounds of the competition with general knowledge, guesstimates and brain teasers were a great learning mechanism in a fun way. Awaiting more of such learning sessions ahead.

Our next meeting witnessed the first Inter-EN competition on slide making and presentation skills. The problem statement was 'How can India achieve a $1T economy by 2050' where every Expertise network presented insightful and well researched decks. Inclusive job, with their creative presentation emerged as the champions of the Inter-EN Competition! 🏆✨ Congratulations to team Inclusive job for their outstanding achievement. The day ended with the team dinner sharing lasting bonds and creating memories. -EN

Meet 2: was a truly enlightening experience, as we had the privilege of listening to our faculty advisor, Prof. Sarthak Gaurav, delve deep into the world of ethics in business. His thought-provoking insights left us with a sense of awareness regarding the importance of ethical conduct in the corporate world. The 'Do Well, Do Good' philosophy serves as a guiding principle, emphasizing that success isn't just about financial gains but also about making a positive impact on society.

We also had a captivating session by Pranav and Alaukik, where they skillfully walked us through the art of slides making, approaching complex problems and giving effective presentation. Looking forward to applying these insights as we continue our pursuit of knowledge and growth.

The Meet 1.0 of ShARE included an inspiring showcase of student excellence and innovation in the DWDG Case Studies.
Students learnt and researched about the DWDG companies and crafted comprehensive insightful decks. Each presentation was a testament to their dedication and hard work. It concluded with the announcement of our Best Case Deck Winner, Rushil, who demonstrated exceptional analysis and presentation skills.
Following the presentations, we delved into an intriguing Guesstimates session, taken by our Senior Member Agam, where everyone learnt and solved challenging guesstimate problems.
To top it off, we distributed welcome kits to kickstart an exciting journey ahead!

Our journey together commenced with an exhilarating game of ShARE Market, fostering engaging interactions among our students. Each team showcased their unique strengths through captivating pitches, while the others made thoughtful investments. The results were in, and we celebrated the exceptional 'Best Portfolio' and 'Best Pitch' achievers.

Furthermore, we introduced the Heads of our Expertise Networks, who enlightened the students about ShARE and the tenure ahead of them. We also introduced the DWDG case study as the first task, setting the stage for an enriching tenure filled with profound learning and professional growth.

On March 30, 2023, our junior members got a glimpse into the corporate world as we invited Naman Narang to talk about 'A Day in the Life of a Private Equity Analyst'. Naman is an IITB alum from the class of '22, and is currently a Private Equity Analyst at Blackstone Inc.

Talking about his experiences, Naman provided a holistic understanding among our members about the niche world of private equity and how he gets to deliver value worth thousands of crores! The session was highly interactive and replete with insightful conversations between our members and Naman. ✨

ShARE IIT Bombay is excited to have collaborated with SHARE BITS Pilani - K.K Birla Goa Campus on a riveting team-based game ‘Paisa Parliament Policy’ on January 19, 2023!

As part of the strategic game, ShARE members came together in teams to discuss the fate and budget of a country which is facing crises in some or other aspects of national growth. As upcoming leaders, members needed to ensure an equitable and well-thought allocation of budgets based on the current situation of the country.

With countries the world over, including Brazil, Japan, UK and Mexico, and verticals like healthcare, education, defence, the session was well-received while being filled with learning and networking!

We are excited to announce that ShARE IITB has successfully secured partnerships with 6 startups from across India and across industries for Module 2 of our students’ learning journey.

Each of our learning units is working with one startup among Quantian Technologies, Persapien Innovations, ProMeat Foods, Acuradyne Systems, Falhari, and Enerlly.

As part of this module, our students are working on a live problem that these startups are facing, and implementing the skills they imbibed in Module 1 to deliver value to our partners by helping them solve their most pressing strategy problems.

We thank our partner startups for their valuable belief, and look forward to soaring heights together!
