Health Camps
Bridging the Gap: Empowering Local Communities At Mahindra Susten, our core mission revolves around the unwavering support and empowerment of local stakeholders within the communities where we operate. Recognizing the disparities that exist between rural areas and urban centers, we are committed to being a catalyst for change—aiming to infuse hope, love, and laughter into the lives of those in less privileged regions. In our latest endeavour to foster better health and hygiene practices in rural India, we launched a series of health and hygiene awareness camps that spanned across 4 nos. states and reached out to 10 nos. schools located near our project sites. This ambitious project reached ~ 1,700 students “our youngest stakeholders”, who played a pivotal role in the execution and success of these camps. We partnered with Pericia Healthcares, a specialist team known for their expertise in healthcare solutions, ensuring that the camps were equipped with high-quality resources and knowledge. Additionally, our collaboration with our NGO partner Ratna Nidhi was instrumental in amplifying the reach and impact of our awareness campaign. These camps are a testament to what can be achieved when organizations, professionals, and communities come together for a common cause. By focusing on crucial areas such as health and hygiene, we are not only addressing immediate needs but also laying the foundation for lasting improvements in the quality of life for rural populations. We believe that through continued collaboration and commitment, we can bridge the gap that separates rural communities from the facilities and opportunities available in urban areas. It's through initiatives like these that we can truly make a positive difference within our communities, ensuring a future filled with hope, health, and happiness. We were privileged to host the students from 'Finolex Academy of Management' for a insightful, and interactive renewable energy training session at our Centre of Excellence in Karjat, Maharashtra. During these two days, students delved into various aspects of renewable power, gaining valuable insights and practical knowledge. At Mahindra Susten, we take pride in nurturing the future leaders of our Nation. We envision a skilled and efficient youth ready to revolutionize the industry, paving the way for a cleaner and more sustainable future. Our Centre of Excellence has successfully trained over 10,000 individuals in semi-trade and 4,800+ in full trade training, including 140+ women, empowering them to pursue rewarding careers in India's renewable sector.

🌞 Empowering a Brighter Future: Rise for a more Equal World 🌞 At Mahindra Susten, we're on a mission to ignite positive change in the communities we serve. Our commitment to a brighter, more equal world drives us to actively engage with the communities, ensuring their needs for the future are met. In the past year, our journey led us to SEAL Ashram, a place of hope and transformation. SEAL's multifaceted mission encompasses rescue, rehabilitation, reuniting families, and empowering the young through education, forging a transformative path towards a compassionate and brighter society. While discussion with them, we discovered a glaring issue of constant struggle for power supply, compounded by exorbitant energy bills. This obstacle was impeding their expansion plan and helping more people. After learning about their obstacles, We embarked on a transformative mission to provide SEAL Ashram with a sustainable solution. Our vision i.e. to harness the power of renewable energy, we planned and executed the establishment of 52KWp+ renewable solar power plant under our community engagement program "GramVikas". This solar power plant not only meets 70% of their energy needs, but it also helps them save money on their energy bills by generating nearly 1.7 million green units over the course of the next 25 years, putting them on the path towards a more equitable and sustainable future. 🌏 This isn't just about energy.
