DISTANCE- Located 22 km east of the salt lake valley it is across the PolokonkaLa Pass in Ladakh. The Salt Lake Valley can be approached from Leh via Tanglang la pass.

FAMOUS FOR: This charming valley is renowned for its hot water springs. People from far and near come here to take bath in these springs, which are believed to cure many bone and joint ailments and skin diseases.

TOWN- NARKANDA Nagar Panchayat in Kumarsain .

DISTRICT- Shimla district in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh

DISTANCE- 65 km away from Shimla and surrounded by the Himalayan Range.

FAMOUS FOR- It is a skiing resort in winter. It connects Shimla with Kumarsain and Rampur and a detour also goes to Kotgarhthanedar.
It is also the prime apple belt of Himachal Pradesh where Satyananda Stokes started the apple culture.

Places to visit- Hatu Peak, Hatu Mata Temple, Stokes Farm, Mahamaya Temple, Tanni Jubbar Lake, Jau-Baug, Kacheri.
