Specializing in electro-acoustic sounds with an ethnic flavor, Nelson has collaborated with well-established classical Hindustani musicians such as Ustad Dilshad Khan, Narayan Mani, and Shyam Raaj. Nelson seamlessly blends contemporary electronica and folk songs with classical Indian instruments with an emphasis on maintaining the essence of the classical structure and style. His innovative work with Lucid Raaga stays true to this unique approach.

He has composed and arranged music for numerous projects including Design Yatra, Lakme Fashion Week, and the popular new media company, &Then. His work has been featured in ads for HDFC, Standard Chartered, and Cocoraj.

This DJ turned producer and founder of Lucid Raaga composes and arranges a unique blend of Indian classical and electronica with his band. Collaborating with well-established classical Hindustani musicians, he seamlessly blends contemporary electronica and folk songs with classical Indian instruments, focusing on maintaining the essence of the classical structure and style. While DJing for over 10 years and producing his first electro-fusion album in 2004 (Indian Secrets), he has also composed and arranged music for numerous projects across independent, documentary and ad-films.
