Hi! I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself incase you’re new here. I’m Sapna and I am an Interior Designer. I live in Mumbai, India with my 10 year old son Nirvaan. I have always wanted to be an an Interior Designer since the age of 5 & I get to do my dream job running a design studio.
My company Holistic Interior spaces by Sapna , specializes in designing mindful and intentional spiritual living spaces.
My purpose is to design homes that are functional, inspiring, and beautiful. That bring joy, that bring happiness, and that support us in our roles and purpose by living our day to day with reverence and ultimately serves us as a channel towards personal empowerment and well being.
It is in our home where we can create the perfect space to practice self-care, be of service to others, practice tolerance and patience, affirm ourselves and each other, connect to a higher power and nourish our bodies to carry us through. It is at home and with those closest to us that we can begin to change the world.
I Invite you to find your own ways to make your home sacred again. Cook more at home! do yoga at home, play at home, breathe at home; like our ancestors used to. This IS a sacred space. And it can be beautiful, unique, and even luxurious!
