6 years ago a blind girl Aashfa Shaikh had come to my Academy with her mother. She broke down & told me please train me Sir, that she has lost every battle in her life but her dream is to play the guitar well but every teacher is refusing to train her saying that she won't be able to learn it in this life due to her handicap. I told her every dream can be fulfilled in this life itself if you have the courage .I don't know how I'll do it but I'll train you for sure . But I have a condition! From today onwards you will never think that you are weaker or inferior to anybody else bcoz you are more powerful than those normal people who put you down!
Thus my training began but i was not getting any results the first 6 Months and we were losing our battle since I had never trained a visually impaired person ever, hence I thought about it deeply and changed my approach bcoz extraordinary situations needs extraordinary solutions! I started training her blindfolded covering my eyes with a scarf bcoz i wanted to put myself in her place while training her and find out her difficulties which she is facing. It's only after that great results started showing bcoz i started understanding & teaching from her perspective ! There was no looking back after that! 😊👍
She is currently settled in London & she called me jubilantly yesterday night and told me that she has been selected for the next edition of Britain's Got Talent and to honour me means everything to her! I had tears remembering how much she had cried the first day she met me & how happy she was now ! 😊❤️🙇
Every dream can be achieved in this life ! My student is proof of that! More power to all of you beautiful students of mine. Its an honour training you all 🙏
