Bombay Cambridge International School organized a field trip for its kindergarten students along with their parents to the Byculla Zoo. Bursting with excitement, students witnessed numerous animals they had only seen in their books. An encounter with penguins was a thrilling and exciting experience for all. Students had the chance to closely observe each animal in its natural habitat and study its characteristics. They were so engrossed in their surroundings that none of them wanted to leave the place. Parents who had accompanied the children for the field trip supported teachers in ensuring student safety and also had ample opportunities to interact with other parents, helping to build a strong parent community. Parents also got to spend quality time with their little ones.

During their journey back to school, the tiny tots shared their experiences from the trip. In essence, this visit to the Byculla Zoo helped correlate the concepts they had been learning in class with real-life experiences from the zoo and facilitated the development of a positive parent-school relationship.

It was showtime at Bombay Cambridge International School Andheri west on 2nd March as the curtains opened to the most awaited day of the year...Kaleidoscope. The learners of Prep, Prep1 and Prep2 looked their glamorous best as they went up on stage and performed with such elan to the upbeat music, songs, dance and dramas that stole everyone's hearts. The little toddlers performing with so much confidence was a sight to behold. The parents cheered and clapped with equal fervour and also joined to shake a leg with their little ones on stage. It was truly a day filled with smiles, happiness and confidence all around.

The Bombay Cambridge International School, Andheri West celebrated the International March Past Band Day on the 9th of March 2024.
The celebration witnessed the school band (Bombay Cambridge International School Brigade) Scouts and Guides, NCC cadets and Student Council marching to the rhythm and beats of cymbals, drums and bugles, early in the morning on the outskirts of Lokhandwala backroad. In all, 90 students participated. Towards the end, social messages were shared with all the people present there through charts, slogans and short speeches delivered by the student representatives.

Grade 7 students, under Cambridge Learning Experience Program for Parents (CLEPP), demonstrated active learning through engaging activities. Fun learning enhances participation, risk-taking, and improves information retention. In a role-play activity, students and parents collaboratively worked on a play script, gaining hands-on experience. The session highlighted the 4Cs (Critical thinking, collaboration, communication), showcasing a collaborative approach and fostering parental insight. Parents enjoyed the session and anticipate more enriching experiences.

Jharkhand hosted the 31st Sub-Junior and 46th Senior National Throwball Championship for boys and girls from 27th to 29th December 2023, organized by the Throwball Federation of India and Jharkhand State Throwball Association. This tournament showcased the talents of 26 participating teams, with 8 of our players, 6 boys and 2 girls, who were selected as part of the team, to represent Maharashtra state showcasing remarkable skills. Notably, Dev Pawar earned recognition as the Man of the Tournament.
