Here are some of the professional learning experiences that our leaders engaged in last year:

1. Our School Director was awarded the Klingenstein Heads of School Fellowship 2024 at Teachers College, Columbia University, where she participated in an intensive 2 week learning experience with 15 Heads of Schools from around the world
2. Our 3 Early Childhood Instructional Heads from our 3 campuses visited Magic Years School in Thailand to learn from their fantasstic early years practices, especially around student-centered learning.
3. Two of our school Leaders graduated from Google Innovator Academy as Google Certified Innovators this year, where they designed innovations with 50 other innovators in the Asia Pasicific Region
4. Many of our school Leaders attended the ASB Teacher Academy and the ASB Unplugged Conference at the American School of Bombay (ASB)

These novel experiences help us push the boundaries of our thinking at Acres Foundation as we endeavor to contribute to NEP 2020's vision of "India having an education system that is second to none"
