Our Story
Today’s children and families live in a period of rapid social change. Over the last few years of practice we have realized that the role of pediatrician is expanding from not just prescribing medicines but also promoting physical, mental and social health and well being of all children in the community which we serve. Apart from infections, allergies and other common childhood illnesses, we as a community are dealing with high infant mortality rate, obesity, su***de, exposure to lead and other environmental hazards, substance abuse, behavioral and developmental consequences of inappropriate care and experience, family dysfunction, poor school readiness, childhood hypertension etc. We believe these factors can be addressed by providing adequate counseling and most importantly by giving time to each parent and child who comes for a consult. Having trained at some of the best Government hospitals and thereafter worked with some of the best pediatricians in Mumbai for over 10 years, we have started this clinic with an intention to treat children with standard treatment guidelines, provide holistic care, honest communication and uphold the ethics of our profession.
