The foundation of Azamgarh State University was laid by the Honorable Union Minster of Home and Co-operation Shri Amit Shah Ji in presence of Honorable CM of UP Shri Yogi Adityanath Ji, Union Minister of Education Shri Dharmendra Pradhan Ji and Deputy CM of Uttar Pradesh Dr. Dinesh Sharma Ji at Aspalpur, Azamgarh on 13th November 2021. Our team successfully provided completed tentage, Event Management and related services for the event in a very unsuitably marshy ground condition- with perfection!.

Our firm provided turnkey event services for inauguration of Varanasi Ring Road Phase II and Varanasi Ghazipur Highway project . Honorable Prime Minister of India also launched the PM AtmaNirbhar Swasthya Bharat Scheme and addressed a massive public meeting during his visit to the cultural city- Varanasi on 25th October 2021.

We successfully conducted another event presided by the Honorable Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Shri Yogi Adityanath Ji and Minster of Cabinet where various developmental projects were inaugurated on 22 September 2021 at Hapur (UP).

We provided complete event management and Tentage services for Bhumi Pujan and Foundation Ceremony of Maharishi Vidhur Rajkiya Medical College Bijnor by honorable Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh on 21 September 2021.

It was all loud chants, slogans for the nation and a huge cheering crowd as the Honorable Prime Minister of India entered the stage at Aligarh for laying the foundation stone of Raja Mahendra Pratap Singh State University, accompanied by the Honorable Governor of Uttar Pradesh, Honorable Chief Minster of Uttar Pradesh, Honorable Deputy CM of Uttar Pradesh and members of the cabinets, Parliament and legislature on 14th September 2021.
We feel honored in providing complete event management and tentage services for this highly important and large scale event successfully.

We provided our services for the entire event of Launch of Ujjwala Yojana 2.0 on 10th August 2021 by the Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji including Public Meeting Pandals, Air Conditioned Exhibition halls,Air Conditioned Dinner Lounges etc,
Our work displayed its strength, withstanding 30hours of heavy rainfall before the said event without any loss of quality or standards for the VVIPs.
Ujjwala 2.0 was launched from Mahoba (UP) by Hon. PM in presence of Hon. Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh and several ministers along with a large gathering of spectators assembled to listen the Hon. PM and Hon. CM's address.

Rudraksh International Convention Centre: A symbol of India-Japan Unity was inaugurated by Hon. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji during his much awaited visit to Varanasi on 15th July 2021.
Our firm provided holistic services for this visit of Hon. Prime Minister to his parliamentary constituency. He inaugurated several landmark projects including RoPax service in River Ganga, MCH wing in BHU, and Tourism & Highway Projects.
In the event attended by Hon. PM, CM of Uttar Pradesh, Hon. Governor and several cabinet ministers at IIT BHU ground, we provided all services of German Hangar Pandal, Decoration, Light and sound system, Mojo Barricades, Flower Decoration, Swiss Cottages, Rostrum Stage, Air Conditioning etc. in a very time of about 3 days.

Uttar Pradesh's Largest Community wedding took place on 18th March 2021 at Defense Expo Grounds, Lucknow in the presence of CM of UP Shri Yogi Adityanath Ji and Minister of the State Cabinet.
The event where over 3500 couples of all religions got into the sacred bond of marriage, was probably the largest of its kind in all of India.
Our firm provided all services of Event Management, Tentage, VVIP protocols, German Hangars, Catering, VVIP Lunch, Lunch Pandals, Swiss Cottages, Wedding Ritual Arrangements, Light, Sound, Branding etc. for this event organized by the Ministry of Labour Welfare and Employment.

2754 daughters of Construction Workers from all religions were married with complete rituals and in full traditional setup at Moradabad on 15th February 2021.
We provided all catering, event infrastructure, services, VVIP Stage, ritual items, priest/pujaris, Swiss Cottages etc. for the community wedding blessed by the presence of Hon. CM of UP Shri Yogi Adityanath Ji.

UP Foundation day was celebrated at Shilp Haat, Noida from 25th January 2021 to 10th February 2021 where we provided complete event management services for Decoration, VVIP Swiss Cottages, Stage, Light and Sound, Laser Show, Sound Show, Branding, Housekeeping, Security, Food Festival, Theme Decoration, Exhibition Stalls, Art and Crafts Decor etc.
The event was inaugurated by Hon. CM Shri Yogi Adityanath and Minister of Industries UP Shri Satish Mahana. We created a food festival with representation of flavors of Uttar Pradesh in उत्तर प्रदेश की रसोई, ambient lighting decoration, Show window for ODOP, traditional group seating, multiple performance stages and day to day management of all activities for the 15 day long event.

13December2020: Inauguration of Central Library and Exhibition at SVP University of Agriculture and Technology, Meerut by CM Of UP Shri Yogi Adityanath and Ministers of UP Cabinet.
The event included Hon. CM visiting the Sardar Patel Statue and addressal to the public Meeting. M/s Gandhi Tent House provided all services for the event and VVIP protocols including infrastructure, decorations etc, in a fluent manner.

Event Management and Building Decoration for Inauguration of Kailash Mansarovar Yatra Bhawan on 12th December 2020 by Honorable Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh.

Our team M/s Gandhi Tent House successfully achieved a milestone of conducting two large scale events of Honorable Prime Minister of India on the same day at Prayagraj(UP) and Chitrakoot (UP) on 28th February 2020. We provided the event management and infrastructure services for Aluminum German Hangar, Exhibition, Rostrum Stage, Mojo Barricades, Light and Flower Decoration, Furniture etc. for the groundbreaking ceremony of Bundelkhand Expressway at Chitrakoot, Banda.

28 February 2020: We provided turnkey Event Management Services for the Guinness World Record Event for World Largest Distribution of Assistive Devices at the Holy City of Prayagraj by the Honorable Prime Minister of India in presence of Honorable Governor of Uttar Pradesh, Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Deputy Chief Minster of Uttar Pradesh. The event saw thousands of Divyang Beneficiaries receiving tri-cycles and Assistive Devices where we provided all services of tentage, sound, flower decoration, Rostrum etc.
