STICKY BARBEQUE RIBS!
To me, pork ribs are an event. You can't eat them like you would a sandwich, on the side, while you're working on something else. No, ribs demand your attention, you HAVE TO stop and appreciate WHY they're so goddamn delicious — the tender meat means they've been marinated and cooked for HOURS, the sticky sauce means classic spices caramelized until they've practically melded together, and there's just something about the satisfying texture of a good fat to meat ratio.

If it isn't obvious so far, I LOVE pork ribs. And I've poured all my joy into these. From sourcing the best meat, to marinating it overnight, and balancing the sweetness of my homemade bbq sauce with that chilli kicker, these ribs are an event to stop and appreciate.
