*The November Amenorrhea*

Recently, I have seen many women and girls in O.P.D. with a significant duration of 3-4 months of absent or delayed me**es & most of the time, their last menstrual period was in *October* with varying dates.

I wondered what's so special about that women have stopped menstruating after this chosen month for 3-4 long months.
This observation, made these months worth researching or to be given a thought about.

I have arrived at few short theories that can explain amenorrhea, the scientific term used for absent me**es from November & the frequent finding of the October L.M.P., a brief of the last menstrual period.

Let's discover the exciting facts, hypotheses & possible solutions to this condition.


*Ayurveda school of thoughts*

*November* month predominantly falls under the conjunction of two Indian seasons, Sharad & Hemant. The sharad is the season where the body suffers a physiological hypermetabolic state, which is broadly referred to as an elevated Pitta condition. High pitta, & this hypermetabolic state, leads to no me**es condition.

As per Ayurveda gynecology, the condition can be defined as per the gynecological disorder called Arajaska. Also, the condition can be approached as Pittavrutta Vata, one more pathological condition explained in Ayurveda where the neuro-endocrinological activities are affected by the Hyper-matabolic state.

As per Ayurveda, The Vata leads to the withdrawal of menstrual bleeding through contractions, a pure nervine function.

Solution - Understanding the Ayurveda Dosh (Pathological factors) is essential for formulating treatment.

There are various classical treatment modalities in Ayurveda medicine for the above conditions.


*The planetary movements & psychological effects*

The movement of the planet in the sky has a significant effect on living creatures on Earth.

In most of November, the Sun moves into the zodiac of Scorpio.

Scorpio represents the genitalia. The Sun represents discipline, self-esteem & good mental vision.
If the woman does not possess qualities, represented by Sun
& has low self-esteem, nondiscipline, inferiority, and the unnecessary compromising self will directly affect reproductive health.

The hidden anxiety & restlessness surfaced this month, which indirectly affects the activities of the H.P.O. axis.

*Nakshatra Impact*

The month of November is ruled by the Indian months Kartik & Margashirsh. Kartik month represents Nakshtra Kritika & Margashirsh is Mrigshira.

Kritika represents different births or, in modern terms, surrogacy as per the ancient nakshatra stories. The Kritika also represents fertilization & womb. This nakshatra is again ruled by the Sun.

Mrigshira Nakshatra is ruled by Mars. Mars also represents blood.
People with the above nakshatras afflicted in their birth chart will suffer menstruation-related problems October onwards.


Solution - Nakshatra plants, like cluster fig (Udumber) for Kritika & Cutch (Khadir) for Mrigshira, can be used in various ways along with other remedies.

म्हणुन बाळंपणातिल आहार,

Once upon a time, there was dense jungle. Lot of animals lived there happily as well as unhappily.
There was group of donkey servants in the lion’s kingdom. All the donkey servants were having some defects in their test buds on the tongue. They never felt right taste of the words they spoke nor the food they consumed.
One day The king ordered them to bring some good quality Jaggery for the kingdom. The servants released the advertisement in the jungle paper stating ‘Quality jaggery wanted’. Many jaggery vendors reached to the kingdom. The servants tried testing the jaggery but couldn't identify as they were having poor taste buds. They chose the adulterated jaggery over the pure jaggery saying ‘it feels good’. The pure jaggery vendors requested them to taste it properly but because of poor taste buds,the servants denied them.

The kingdom went on consuming the fake jaggery considering it the pure one. And the same jaggery was considered for the rest of the kingdoms. No one could enjoy the benefits of the pure jaggery just because of the incapability & ego of the donkey servants.

And moving on, a group of rabbit farmers came to know about non sensible taste buds of the donkey servants & their underdeveloped system of selecting the goods for the kingdom. That group went on growing lemons in the jungle. The group of rabbit farmers convinced the donkey servants that ‘this is how small and affordable mango tastes’.

One day, somebody brought the original mango to the servants, the donkey servants denied & said, it is easy to extract juice out of lemon, but handling, mango is bit skillful, as we are not skilled enough nor we want to be, from today, lemon is our mango.

The whole jungle became full of lemons as ‘lemon was the mango’ for the donkey servants.

'Eve of The O***y'

On World human rights day - Dec. 10th 2022



Once upon a time, on a Sunny morning, a tiny winy follicle named Eve roamed around the o***y to find a good team of Androgen, thinking of various ways to get the attention of other hormones too. Andrew met her & wished ‘her’ good morning and asked the reason for the walk as she was too tender to walk according to him. Eve replied, I wish to become big and get the Graafian crown and will rule the o***y. Andrew said okay, I will help you in this as I have good contacts with the o***y and her network, I will spread your message and call everyone to you, In this way, you will grow without much effort. I will become your big support. Eve agreed to this. Slowly Eve started growing, becoming more beautiful. Some flatterer follicles- the “F team of Eve” who never realized their own potential surrendered to her & acted according to her.
Eve started assuming that she is the only one who will become big and claim the Graafian crown. Andrew started getting importance due to her. He also thought that he will be the queen maker who can rule the o***y by keeping strings in his hands.
One day, Eve observed some more tiny follicles growing around her, Now she got insecure. She asked Andrew to stop them, Andrew never fought alone, he brought his Army and attacked the growing follicles having much potential to get the Graafian crown. The F team was safe as they were already in the surrendered mode.

Eve thought everything would be fine and I would be the Queen of the o***y forever. But this made the whole system collapse gradually. The Ovarian system failed to deliver the proper Graafian crown to Eve. The Crown was without Diamond in it. Still, Eve got happy with it and kept that empty crown with her thanking Andrew for helping her and making her queen.
Andrew and his team started ruling the o***y and spreading the empire beyond it. Nobody got benefited in the true sense.

In the Dream of O***y,

A few years later new Eve got matured while knowing that she will be replaced one day and got the Graafian crown. The other time another Eve got the crown and the system of the o***y run happily and systematically. The potential got utilized as everyone knew that the o***y is a very small part of the body. They knew that their stupidity and insecurity can ruin the whole metabolism and may result in a syndrome that would affect the whole body system.

O***y woke up and saw that she was named after the first Eve as she had some influence and a diamond-less crown in the past. But the ovarian crowd remembered her as a bad patch of history.
O***y mumbled to herself that to become queen of the people, one needs to win them. There is a wall of sacrifices, and equality, decorated with kind hearts between " queen with an empty crown" and " queen of the people."

We can see how different energies work together & make the collective efforts.
When pregnant lady gets into the music based on different & selected mild Raga, she becomes more receptive towards the nature & beuty. This is the natural stress busting phenomenon.

In this way, the high quality Shukra & hence Oja keeps generating in the body leading to the sound health.

Menopause-The angry old woman 😡??.

Once upon a time a woman lived with her beutiful family inside the moon 🌕. She used to experience that the moon kept changing it's shape from big to small & then again small to big & then one night of absence.(Waxing, waning, new moon & full moon). The lady got used to it.
She never expressed her irritation over it & always acted being nice like goddess, multitasking & what not.
When she started growing old her moon too started becoming old & it pushed her to the sun saying this is where you will find stability & PEACE., people call it menopause.
The woman said, but this sun is giving me suffering, how can I live with it?
Moon said, no dear, initially you will suffer but later you will become stable & connected to the Soul. Sun (bright world, healing, Soul) was always there but you never experienced it because you thought I am your sun, you never tried to go out of my zone, But here with sun all your accumulated energy of emotions will get released. Initially, you will go sleepless, angry, irritated, depressed while releasing out this energy and once you release all of it, you will find your new world.

So what I wish to convey ?

The 'not venting out', 'acting tolerant', 'not expressing enough' through out the life will result in sudden outburst of the stored energy which will make you vulnerable in later years.
& for those who are going through this along with the therapies, please keep in mind that this time is going to fade away soon.

Ganesh chaturthi is the Birth day of 'Ganapati'.
Head of Ganapati was replaced with the elephant head on the the day as per few ancients stories.

The elephant head represents the big listening power, smartness, knowledge, truth, and physicial power still 'NO EGO' & 'NO HARM' to others.
It enjoys everything with calm gestures.

The elephant represents the auspiciousness of 'GURU' which gives us 'Sadbuddhi' & hence the ganapati is giver of 'Buddhi' (Sense of good and bad choices)

On the Tithi, Chaturthi, combination of four energies @ Buddhi (Intellect/discriminating right & wrong), one needs to clean the head and replace it with the patient and calm head so that the upcoming events can be lived with all the positivity.

It is the beginning of the good work and good time as after following the replacement therapy on this day, obstacles won't trouble us or manageable for us.
Ganapati (Vighnaharta) is controller of the obstacle 'RAT', a vehicle of Ganapati. Ganapati controls the problem represented by the rat which creates an unnecessary chaos in our house.

Concept of Prakriti- Matter

Prakriti is a material world. Our body including our mind, whatever we see, feel & deal with in day to day life & with which we feel attached is part of Prakriti. It keeps us moving & perform our actions. Mentally as well as physically, we may be slowly moving, hyper-moving (Not a word) or moving in balance. It depends upon the three properties of material world (Prakriti).
These three properties are Satva -Purity & Stability, Raja-movement & ambition, Tama- Confusion & inaction.
It is said that it gives birth to the things which are present around us including the air we are breathing, space we are penetrating, sound we are listening and what not.
The birthing potential is possessed by female & hence the Prakriti is said to have the femininity element.
As the material world is an illusion as per scholars of Indian philosophy, Darshan, Prakriti is also called as MAYA (Illusion). Various solutions & ways are considered & practiced to get rid of this MAYA.

The concept of Purush - Energy

It is an energy which is different from the material wold. It is considered as true self. It is the one which cannot be destroyed & is detached from the worldly things. This energy resides in every living creature in form of soul (Atma)

The concept of YOG

The YOG is to unite with the energy by-passing the matter.Trying to see through the illusion.Connecting with the inner true energy.

Male & Female in material world

The male labeled themselves as Purush & they only called material female as representation of Prakriti. So here the female becomes an illusion,MAYA & male finds female as an obstacle to attain ultimate peace or hindrance in practicing the energy of detachment.

What can be the reality?

The gender-based Femininity or Masculinity has nothing to do with Prakriti or Purush.
The gender becomes purely Material here.Both female & male energy belongs to Purush (Common energy) & Both male & female gender falls in the category of Prakriti (Material world).

The supreme energy, Purush is purely neutral & Gender less.Human on the earth should stop assuming themselves as god. We are merely MATTER & going to get dissolved at some point of time.

All the living beings with their body are Prakriti, Maya, Illusion before the supreme power unless they don’t become the part of the energy, Purush. A great saint & philosopher once said, ‘We all are Stree before that one Purush”.

PRE-CONCEPTION or
PRE- PREGNANCY CARE....

The Pre-conception Care is all about creating the best environment by the couple to welcome the baby before taking chance to get pregnant.

'Creating Environment' is categorized under 4 parts

1. Male & female gametes

These are male s***m & female o**m. These should be purified with certain procedures. The s***m & o**m are the seeds which consist of genetic material.Genetic material is DNA. It can have some good things & some NOT good things on it.
Traditional methods are said to delete or modify the NOT good things of DNA through certain purification techniques.

2. Reproductive organs

Those are va**na, cervix, uterus, uterine tubes & ovaries.
These should be healthy for normal ovulation, good conduction of s***m from va**na to uterine tube, fertilization in tube & implantation in uterus.
Even a minor deformity or abnormal condition can make any of the event as failure resulting in non conception.
The normalcy should be checked & corrected if needed.
Ayurveda gynecology offers unique local treatments for the reproductive/genital health.

3. Nutrition

Before getting pregnant, the women should be nutritionally fit.
All the blood investigations should be performed by both to make the corrections within time.
& If needed, the necessary medications.
Ayurveda offers special type of diet for both.

4. Appropriate time to take chance.

There are certain days on which in*******se should be performed according to ovulation.
The days not followed properly will lead to failure of conception.
Fruitless efforts on wrong days will lead to additional anxiety in couple.
There are spiritual therapies offered by Ayurved on specific days.

Following the protocol before taking chance will lead to best progeny & will be a great contribution to nation by the couple.
