The papers to be presented in INOVACO`14 will be published in a journal, ‘INOVACO’ under IEI Students` Chapter, Electrical Engg. dept., YCCE. You are therefore requested to mail your full length paper before March`9, 2014 till 6:00 p.m. to [email protected] strictly in IEEE format. For more details on IEEE format visit link below.

The groups who are selected for the final presentation and are yet to register are requested to pay the remaining registration fee at the earliest.The time slot allotment will be strictly on first come first serve basis. :
• Rs300/- for a group of 4 members(+Rs50/- for each extra member).
• Rs100/- Initial registration amount. Balance amount after acceptance of abstract.
Rules & Guidelines:
• Each member of the groups who have presented the paper will get a NATIONAL LEVEL CIRTIFICATE of participation.
• Abstract of max.150 words is to be send on [email protected] on or before 24 Feb 2014.STRICTLY mention the RECIPT NO. with abstract.
• Paper must be in IEEE format(Font type-New Times Roman, Font size-12).For details please refer website.
• Acceptance notification to be declared on 28Feb 2014.
• Final registration of selected abstracts till March3,2014.
• Final presentation on March12,2014.
• Bring along with you 3 hard copies of the paper on presentation day(March 12,2014).
• Max.15 mins for each paper.(presentation should be max of 40 slides).
