Choose to engage in positive behaviors purposely and deliberately, even if you don’t feel like it. Whether it's going for a walk, or cleaning your desk, or reaching out to a loved one, or having a meal or taking a shower, every action counts. Even if the progress seems like it won't matter, research suggests that it helps break the cycle of depression.

Have you been feeling anxious about something? Try out this activity!
Draw a circle and write down the things you can control inside the circle eg- your own thoughts, emotions and actions , and write the things you can’t control outside the circle eg- other people’s behaviour, thoughts and the future.
Now focus on the things you can actually control and put all your energy in working on them. Accept the things that are out of the circle as something you can’t do anything about, and just let them be as things you can’t control.

It helps you see significant changes in multiple areas - social, interpersonal, self-related, skills, physical health, habits, etc

Therapy is filled with a lot of learning. Not only the clients, but we, as therapists, also gain an insight into several different perspectives that may also help us grow.

It’s not uncommon for students to get stressed about exams! We have all been there.. Treating exams like the most important event of our lives, like our family and friends and dreams and hobbies all amount to nothing. Like your functioning nose were to stop breathing oxygen and the earth was to burn down!
Dramatic? We have all made exams a lot worse than they are! As a adult, I don’t think they are that at all! They matter but look, the breathing earth around you is a lot bigger!
