The plasma cells in the breast secrete IgA specific to the antigens encountered in the maternal gastrointestinal and respiratory tract systems. This secretion of sIgA into breast milk and its transfer to the infant help to overcome the normal delay in production of immune factors by the infant.

Research also shows children who were breastfed as babies are less likely to suffer from cancers such as leukaemia and lymphoma, and tend to have better eyesight, and straighter teeththan those who had formula milk. Breastfeeding also helps to lower your baby’s risk of becoming obese or developing type 1 or type 2 diabetesas an adult.

Chukku Kappi: Dry Ginger Coffee Powder
Gives relief from cold, sore throat, fever, running nose, congestion, and breathing issues due to congestion.
Aids in the secretion of septum and treatment of cough due to the expectorant effect of the powder.

Major Ingredients

Bajra Dosa
Bajara is a nutrient-dense source of protein, carbs, vitamins, minerals, and beneficial plant chemicals.
Bajra has a low-calorie density, thus aids weight loss.
The high content of minerals and vitamins in urad dal helps to maintain healthy skin and hair.

Bajara Dosa
Ingredients of Bajra Dosa
1 Cup Pearl Millet/Bajra1
2 cups rice
2 cups urad dal
Salt as per taste
oil as per requirement

How to Make Bajra Dosa
1.Soak urad dal in a container and rice and bajra together in a separate container. Let both the mixtures soak in water for at least 4 hours.
2.Grind urad dal to make smooth paste. Then grind bajra and rice together.
3.Mix dal paste and bajra-rice mixture together. Add some salt and water to make smooth batter. Let the batter ferment for 4-5 hours or overnight.
4.Grease hot pan with some oil, wipe it off and then sprinkle some water to make dosa with the batter as usual.
