This is a case of Single Tooth Crossbite corrected with Orthodontic treatment. Single tooth crossbites can occur when a primary tooth does not erupt in a timely manner. This results in the permanent tooth erupting in a different pattern which is lingual to the primary tooth. 

Whats interesting to note is that only maxillary teeth were bonded with braces. The correction of maxillary incisor automatically led to alignment of mandibular anterior teeth.

This has been our longest run case.
In 2019 this 13 year girl presented with delayed dental development lagging by almost 2-3 years. Her anterior bite was hampered due to wrongly positioned mandibular right central incisor. She had missing permanent lateral incisors on right side in both arches. She was treated orthodontically on emergency basis to enable normal eruption of maxillary central right incisor and mandibular central right incisor. It took us 3 years finish the case because of slow eruption of permanent teeth.

This patient has been originally treated with orthodontic braces and then the gummy smile corrected with surgical crown lengthening procedure.
A gummy smile can be addressed by the surgical procedure known as crown lengthening. The outline of the gum tissue is altered in order to expose more tooth structure. With this surgery, not only the appearance of the gums improves but also chances of developing periodontal disease are reduced. Moreover, the person feels more comfortable with their smile and finds it easy to speak, chew and eat.

Your upper canine teeth are pretty easy to identify — they’re usually longer and more pointed than other front teeth, and are normally positioned just under the eyes. Besides helping us chew and bite our food, upper canines are part of a normal smile — when they don’t appear in the mouth properly, the person’s smile may appear unnatural or “off.”
Unfortunately, upper canines can become impacted, meaning the teeth have grown and developed in positions that prevent them from erupting. Because impacted teeth can develop abscesses and cysts, or damage the roots of neighboring teeth, it’s necessary to treat them.
The first step is a thorough orthodontic evaluation to assess not only the teeth in question, but also how they could affect the position of other teeth in the future. Next, we must locate the exact position of the impacted canines through some form of radiographic examination, either x-rays or 3-D imaging using a cone beam CT scanner.
