Jhatpat yummy home made healthy Pizza!

Ingredients:
4 Slices of bread (atta or maida)
1 Onion
1 whole Capsicum - green/red/yellow or you can use all (optional)
1 Tomato
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon pizza mix masala or you can use Oregano and chilli flakes
Salt to taste
100 grams mozzarella cheese
50 grams butter.

Let's start!
Take a big bowl, chop one onion, one whole capsicum and one tomato. Add salt, pizza mix, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon butter and 2 tablespoons of cheese.
Mix all ingredients well.
In a full sized plate, take four slices of bread. Apply butter on all slices. Now spread the mixed ingredients evenly on all the slices. Add lots of cheese on the slices. Baking time 15 mins or microwave for 7 to 8 mins. Incase you are cooking on the gas use cooking pan, cooking time 15 minutes.
Healthy and yummy Pizza is ready.
Enjoy healthy pizza at any time.

(you can add baby corns, mushrooms, paneer, red and yellow capsicum)
Tip :- It is more crispy on atta bread.

Home-made healthy and tasty Banana Muffins!

1 Banana(Ripe)
1 cup suji/rawa
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 Elachi powder
2 drops kewra essence
1/2 cup of milk
1 spoon butter
Some mix dry fruits(Almond, kaju, kishmish)

Let's start!

In a big bowl, mash the banana. Add suji and mix it well with spoon. Add sugar and milk. Again mix it. Now add elachi powder, essence and baking powder. Mix the batter properly.
You can add choco chips or dry fruits if you like and if available.
Pre-heat the oven for ten minutes.
Grease the muffin's tray with butter.
Put the mixture in it. Bake it for 10-15 minutes. Healthy Banana Muffins are ready.

Don't waste Banana if it is over ripe.
Make healthy and delicious muffins.

Home-made Pani PuriπŸ˜‹πŸ’œ

Ingredients:

1 bunch Pudina
1/2 a bunch coriander
4-5 green chillies
2 big tablespoons tarmarind(imli) paste
1 tablespoon of black salt/normal salt as required
1 and 1/2 tablespoon of roasted jeera powder(it is necessary for flavor)

For Meethi chutney (sweet khajur ki chutney):

Khajur(dates or katal) 1 cup
Imli paste 1/2 cup
Sugar 1/4 cup
Saunf 1 teaspoon
Garam masala 1 teaspoon
500 gm boiled potatoes
250 gm salted boondi
Packet of puris

Let's start!
In mixer grinder, add pudina, corinder, green chillies and roasted jeera with imli paste. Grind it and make smooth paste.

In a big bowl, put this paste, add black salt and 1 litre of ice cold water. No need to put chaat masala. Teekha paani is ready.

Now for meetha chutney.
Make paste of kajur(in the mixer). Add imli paste, saunf and garam masala. Now add sugar. Add very little water, the chutney should be thick. Meetha chutney is ready.

Mash boiled potatoes. Add salt, red chilli powder and chaat masala.
Put salted boondi in water for some time. Drain the water off.
Now fill your favourite Puris with mashed potatoes, boondi, meethi chutney and teekha pani.

Everyone's favourite ❀️ yummy, tasty, mouthwatering πŸ˜‹ ghar ki panipuri is ready.
Once you make this at home you will never like panipuri from outside.☺️

Edit: A lot of you have asked for recipe for puri. So here it is:

Ingredients:
2 cup suji or rawa
1/2 cup maida
2 teaspoon oil
baking soda/chilled soda(liquid)
water.

Recipe:
In suji add maida, oil and baking soda.Knead dough and keep aside for 10 minutes. Cover it with cloth.
If you are using chilled soda then don't use water, make dough with chilled soda.
After ten minutes role the dough make big roti then with help of small katori make small Puri's. Fry them.

Dahi (Curd) ki kadhi

Ingredients:

For kadhi
200 grams dahi(sour, khatti), 2 tablespoons besan, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder,1 tablespoon jeera, 1 tablespoon jeera powder, 1/2 teaspoon haldi, 1/2 teaspoon dhaniya powder, 1/2 teaspoon hing, salt to taste, fresh coriander (kotimbur), 2 green chillies, 10 curry leaves, 2 tablespoons oil.

For Pakodas
1 cup besan, 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder, a pinch of ajwain, a pinch of
baking soda, salt to taste, oil for frying.

First we will make kadhi
Take one big bowl, add khatti dahi (sour curd) in it and mix it well. No lumps should form. Add besan and mix it with be**er. Add salt, red chilli powder, dhaniya power, haldi powder, fresh coriander and water to mixture as required and beat it well. Now heat pan and put some oil when it is hot. Add hing, jeera, green chillies, curry pata. Then add the mixture of kadhi and boil it for 10 minutes.

Now let's make Pakodas
Take besan in one bowl. Add salt, red chilli powder, ajwain, baking soda and little water. Make a thick batter.
Make round shaped pakodas (fry). Now add it in kadhi and boil it for some time. Your dahi kadhi is ready. Garnish it with fresh coriander.

This curry tastes very good with rice or roti. It is very healthy.

Basar ji koki - Sindhi BreakfastπŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹

Ingredients:

2 cups wheat flour (atta), one big onion, 2 green chillies, kotumber one small bunch, fresh methi one bunch (optional), dry coriander, one teaspoon ajwain, red chilli powder one teaspoon, one tablespoon besan, oil, salt to taste.

Take a big bowl add wheat flour (atta), chopped onion , chopped methi, fresh kotumber, chopped green chillies, dry coriander, ajwain, red chilli powder, besan, and four tablespoons of oil. Add salt to taste. Add a glass of water.
Make hard dough and smooth it with oil.
Put the tawa (or pan) on the stove. Make a round koki, a little thicker than roti, like parthas and cook it unt light brown. Add oil or ghee or butter on both the sides. Basar ki koki is ready.

Enjoy it with curd, chai, pickle, papad, or with fried aloo. Tomato aloo sabji is also a good option.

Aloo Paratha- Anytime snacks

Ingredients:

500g potatoes, wheat flour two and half cups(atta), 3 green chillies, small bunch of coriander (kotamber)
2 teaspoons jeera, 2 teaspoons black pepper, a pinch of red chilli powder, 2 teaspoons jeera power, salt to taste, 2 teaspoons garam masala powder, pinch of amchur and oil.

Let's start!

Boil the potatoes in pressure cooker and keep it aside for cooling. Mash the potatoes.
Now take a pan or kadai. Put the gas on medium flame. Add 2 tablespoons of oil. Once the oil is hot, add 2 teaspoons of jeera, 3 green chillies and mashed potatoes. Saute them for two minutes.
Now add some salt, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, coriander, garam masala and amchur. Mix it well and keep it aside for cooling.

For Paratha

Take two and a half cup of wheat flour (atta). Add salt, red chilli powder and some oil. Make dough for parathas. Make round roti (put some oil and dry atta on roti) then put the aloo mixture, fold it and again make it in a round shape. Cook it on medium flame. Add some ghee, oil or butter on it. Enjoy your aloo paratha with curd, chai, papad or pickle.

(For stuffed paratha the recipe is same. Just put chopped vegetables like carrots, boiled peas, beans, cauliflower and saute them with potatoes)

Recipe for Sindhi special dish Dal Pakwan:

Ingredients:
Chana dal- 2 cups
green chillies- 2 big
hing- 2 teaspoons
cooking oil- 2 table spoons
jeera- 2 teaspoons
salt to taste
water- 2 and a 1/2 cups

Dal
Soak chana dal in water for half an hour. In cooker, put 2 tablespoons of oil/ghee, 2 teaspoons of hing, 2 teaspoons jeera and 2 green chillies. Then put chana dal, salt, haldi and mix it for some time (saute). Put two and a half cups of water in dal, mix well and cover the cooker. Cook it until 2 whistles blow or till the dal looks cooked (in case you are cooking it in a handi).

Pakwan
2 cups maida, 2 tablespoons oil/ghee, salt to taste, half teaspoon ajwaan, one teaspoon black pepper powder.

Make hard dough for pakwan. Roll it like roti and make small holes with folk or knife. If you want you can cut it into 4 pieces. Fry it in medium hot oil till it is brown and crispy. The pakwan is ready.

For Imli chutney
Soak some imli and make paste (or you can use imli paste available in the market). Put salt, jeera powder, red chilli powder and a little water and make thick chutney.
