Meet Mr. Jayesh Patel, a passionate engineer with 14 years of experience at TCR Engineering Services. He's an expert in conducting various tests like Tensile, Compression, Bend, Rebend, Static, Slip, Proofload, and Crushing tests for metals and more. With his mastery in handling the 1000 KN capacity Universal Testing Machine (UTM) with an Electronic Extensometer, he ensures precise results. Thanks to his contributions, we have had the privilege to collaborate with prestigious clients such as L&T, Siemens, TATA Power, Godrej, and more. Celebrating Mr. Jayesh Patel's dedication to engineering excellence!

Exciting news to share! Our team had an amazing visit to Navi Mumbai International Airport Limited (NMIAL), a joint venture by Adani Airports Holdings Limited and CIDCO. Currently, we're offering consultation services for material testing and quality assurance, encompassing NDT and raw material testing, for their pioneering project.

The progress we witnessed and the state-of-the-art infrastructure left us in awe. NMIAL's commitment to sustainability and innovation is truly remarkable. We're grateful for the opportunity to contribute to this visionary initiative.

Exciting discoveries through microstructure examination at our Material Testing Lab! Miss. Shubra have uncovered hidden secrets and intricate patterns within materials. Her work enhances quality and innovation, pushing the boundaries of materials science. Join us in celebrating their remarkable contributions!

In the second slide, the micrograph uncovers the presence of ferrite and minute traces of banded perlite in the carbon steel's microstructure.

In the third slide, the microstructure reveals the presence of twinned grains of austenite, with no carbide precipitation along with the grain boundaries.

We're thrilled to showcase our amazing fatigue team, led by Mr. Avinash Tambewagh - Technical Head and assisted by Mr. Manoj and Mr. Rehan, with a combined experience of 20 plus years! TCR Engineering is truly supportive of the national vision to empower India’s North East. The company is working on projects with NRL, IGGL and Apurba Bharti Gas Ltd. We have opened an office located at H No.28, Saiz Lane, Bethal Path, Bagharbori, Guwahati, Assam-Pin-781037.

This office will undertake all aspects on NDT and Asset integrity management services including fitness for service, RLA and Failure Analysis. Customers seeking materials destructive testing and related metallurgical services may drop ur samples at the newly opened office in Assam.

In 2023, TCR Engineering will complete it 50 years of operations providing QA, materials testing, NDT services and asset integrity solutions. It has been an honor to serve over 3000 customers. The company is working closely with infrastructure and defense contractors to provide them with quality assurance testing services.

At TCR Engineering Services we acknowledge our responsibility to lead by example and the need to put in place safeguards, integrity frameworks and code of ethics to ensure that we are not part of any corrupt practice and we tackle instances of corruption with utmost strictness.

Suresh Acharya, Country Head of TCR Engineering is featured in an interview within Mid-Day, a mumbai based newspaper. In the Interview .acharya.11 comments about the role TCR plays towards materials testing and the importance of quality assurance. TCR’s third party inspection services division truly helps international companies validate their purchases from manufacturers and traders of metallic products in India.

Avinash Tambwegh, Technical Head of TCR Engineering Services has been invited to deliver a lecture at the Conferences in the programme “Boiler India 2022”, which will be held from 14th September 2022 to 16th September 2022 at CIDCO Exhibition Centre, Vashi, Navi-Mumbai. TCR continues to set the industry benchmark towards materials testing, NDT, inspection and asset integrity management.
