Angik Dance Academy

I can remember my first batch of Dnyandeep school during Nrityapatichay ( NCPA) program 2017. I saw mayuri first time there only.
I was teaching them a bengali folk dance based on a bhatiyali song... Mayuri used to be always in the first line. She was a little shy girl with bright eyes, full of dreams. I was watching her exploring a new thing with her body and mind. My younger daughter was also in 7th standard that time. I celebrated her birthday with them on that year. Chhoti and Mayuri became friend. and from that day Mayuri became our daughter like Chhoti only..
After few days I called her personally and asked "Dance sikhna hai (do you want to learn dance?)"
Without wasting a second she replied "yes Ma'am". I called her to my studio with her mom. I made her mom understood about the journey of a classical dancer.
In this last 6 years many things happened in her small world . She stopped coming to class for many serious issues, every time I called her and made sure that she should come to class regularly, I would take care of the rest. I knew it was very difficult for her to continue a passion like this. But she listened to me & she continues coming for class every day and now she achieved this. I am very proud of her for choosing such a difficult path and became successul. She has proved that if there is will there is a way. I will bless you always my child and I will always be there beside you. Special thanks to Swapnokalpa Dasgupta for her constant support and blessings.
A special thanks to my husband Subhasis Chattopadhyay for considering her as his daughter too and thinking that she is his responsibility in many ways.
Thanks to Ramprasad Gannavarapu ad Sir and Jateen Kumar Sahu for accompanying her on spot today without a single rehearsal with her. Thanks to Mayuri's mom Sangeeta for being so strong and her friend Praful for their support throughout and the almighty for showering blessings on her with so much talent. God bless you my child,

It's Lord Jagannath" 's blessing on me that she is my student. I don't know how good I am as a mentor but I have no doubt that she is the best student in this world..

She got 2nd position in 56th inter collegiate youth festival in Indian classical dance category...❤️❤️🌹🌹🌹👍👍👍
