- we will be using only couverture chocolate for this class
- tedious process of tempering the chocolate is not required for making these truffles or covering them .
- all truffles taught in this workshop have a shelf life of upto a month if frozen and a shelf life of 15-20 days if refrigerated and stored well .
- these truffles are ideal for gifting in a hamper and as a stand alone truffle gift box .
- these truffles stay well at standard ambient room temperature ( 25-30 deg ) and can be transported within the city ( if handled well )
