"Worried "....Taking a vacation lead you take a break from healthy eating? If travel (pleasure or business) puts you in a downward tailspin from your at-home menu, create a travel-day food itinerary.
There’s nothing like a great vacation or successful business trip except when you return home feeling sluggish and bloated from overeating. Choosing healthy foods on-the-go is not impossible always.
I got this delicious "Balanced Thali while travelling" ... a complete meal away from my home packed with all the nutrients( proteins , vitamins & minerals & fibre content).
Served in a hotel's buffet ( This Thali includes mix veg , baingan bharta, paneer tomato, kadhi and bajra roti accompanied with papad , onion & chutney .
So, this was my travelling experience ( good guilty free food = good vacay)
