Shoulder lock + Armbar + Triangle Choke + Americana & How not to get swept from Kesa -Gatame position
Try this sequence of Neil Knot+Chicken Wings+Triangle Choke+Armbar from the knee shield guard to improve your game..
Don't let them pass your guard easily , try to choke them out instead of struggling to retain the guard position..
Note:- Make sure to get a narrower grip
Keep your knee up to defend the mount position.
Try not to give them time to move to the North -South position 🙂

In the Gym, you work for strength and on the Mats, you work to develop your Bjj/MMA specific skills and if you Mix them up just because it looks cool.. you are not going to improve in any of them.."Do not try to CrossFit your Mat and Strength Training"
Practicing your specific sport to develop skills and training to develop that strength and power, which can be used in that particular sport are two different things..Do not mix them up..
