Losing weight and f**ting into society beauty standards is not what you need to be healthy.
Buying a lot of health washed products and going through multiple diets are not what you need to be healthy.
Starving yourself, overtraining yourself, ignoring your appetite ,
Eating only salads, all these may sound healthy in this modern era..
But let me tell you these are not what you need to do if you want to be healthy.
That is not HEALTH.
It's a state of PHYSICAL, SOCIAL and MENTAL wellbeing.
It's a state of total bliss.
Even if you are super lean and sexy, if you are stressing over every little things in your life and frustrated in general, how can you call yourself Healthy?
