Here are 7️⃣ simple tips for reducing risk of cancers:
🚭Quit to***co- both ci******es & chewing to***co are linked to various types of cancers (oral, lungs, pancreatic, kidney)
🥗Eat healthy- Include plenty of fresh veggies & fruits in daily meals. Include more plant based foods. Avoid excessive use of processed & packaged foods.
🏃Be physically active - Sedentary lifestyle increases the risk of some cancers like colon & breast cancer. Aim for at least 30 minutes of exercise each day.
💪🏼Maintain healthy weight- Both underweight and overweight conditions are bad for the body’s immunity.
🥃Limit alcohol- Our liver needs to work overtime in order to flush out alcohol and excessive, long term intake can pose cancer risks.
🔆Protection from harsh sun rays- Skin cancers are preventable by being in shade, using sun glasses, sun screens & hats, and covering exposed areas.
🪡Do not share needles. Shared contaminated needles can lead to serious infections like HIV and can cause malignancy.

Here’s how to make 2 servings ~
You need-
1 cup Green Peas
2 cup Spinach leaves
2 Spring Onions
1 clove Garlic/ Spring garlic
1tsp Olive/ Sesame oil
1 tsp Roasted Sesame seeds
Salt & pepper to taste
Method-
Sauté spring onions & garlic in oil till slightly transparent. Stir in chopped spinach & sauté till cooked.
Add peas & 2 cups water. Cover & let cook for 8-10 minutes.
Blend, add seasoning. Pour in a bowl & Sprinkle sesame seeds for the crunchy goodness.
Voila✨Enjoy this delight on any winter day or evening😊
