The idea of "clean eating" has taken such a place in everyone's life that having a burger today has to be called a "cheat meal".
I have talked to people who eat clean the whole week but completely lose it on the weekends. I call it a planned binge.
Giving yourself an excuse to binge is what gets you in the habit of doing it again and again.

Obtained from cow or either buffalo, ghee has proved to be the best source of fat which nourishes you inside and out.
In Ayurveda, ghee has been given real significance for various purposes and every Ayurvedic doctor will suggest you to add ghee in your daily diet.
Sadly, many doctors nowadays are suggesting to cut off ghee completely.
In India, we have ghee on rotis, add them in our curry and even make sweets out of them.
