Chacha Sardar Ajit Singh ji made the British bow down to the rights of the farmer, even before we were a democracy. Bhagat Singh was born the same day he was released from Mandalay Jail in 1907, but could not come back to India. So he took the farmers’ movement global.
He spread awareness about farmer rights in every corner of the earth including Europe, South America, Iran, …the list is long.

And finally last breathe on Aug 15, 1947, the day is home was partitioned.

WHY IS THERE NO MOVIE ON HIM, STILL?

He should be “True Chacha of the nation”. Every one can relate with him. He saved our lands and farming. He abolished colonial Black laws, the Colonisation Act and the Doab Bari Act.

He is a true farmer leader, “the king of the Indian Peasantry”, as he was aptly titled by Lokmanya Bal Gangadhar Tilak.

In case of Sidhu Moosewala murder by seven gangsters following points need to be made:

1. Subhdeep Singh Sidhu s/o Balkaur Singh , VPO Moosa, Mansa is intentionally been vilified as involved in gang warfare. While the fact of the matter is he was extremely talented international superstar musician with extremely original unique artistic abilities which were a novelty in this part of the world. He was a path breaker in rap music. He stood up to ransom demand of Rs 50 lakh by gangsters and did not succumb to their terror tactics in true spirit of a Punjabi Sikh Jat. He was not involved in any gang warfare or involved with gangsters. Person with such artistic abilities can never be involved with such activities. Sant Ranjit Singh Dhadrianwale speech, Ace cricketer Navjot Singh Sidhu supporting his candidature for Mansa seat testify to the same that he was not a gangster. So tweets of people of Raghav Chadha an outsider who cannot even speak Punjabi is utterly mischevious.

2. All these facebook posts been circulated of various gangs taking ownership of gang hit could be FAKE. Judicial probe should investigate what is the source IP address of these posts and who is circulating them.

3. Judicial probe and police should keep IP log of any facebook posts from Goldy Brar or so called Lawrence Bishnoi Page. Those mobile phone or IP locations should be searched. Doubt if any searches based on source of IP addresses of Goldy Brar or Lawrence Bishnoi have been conducted.

4. If Goldy Brar is in Canada. Has Punjab Police notified RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police). Has Interpol been notified. Judge should request Punjab Police for such notices to RCMP and Interpol.

5. Since when Goldy Brar is supposed to be in Canada. When did Punjab Police first time and Last time correspond with Canadian authorities in this matter. This should be shared with investigating judge.

6. There was a post on AAP Punjab page at 8:36 PM on 28th May, 2022 with Bhagwant Mann photo that Moosewala security has been withdrawn.

7. When LAwrence Bishnoi gang member Shahrukh was arrested in February, 2022 by Delhi Police it was stated that plans to eliminate Moosewala were undeway. Did Delhi Police notify Punjab Police formally? Was this information available to Punjab Police while security was been withdrawn.

8. Why is Punjab Police stating it was a gang warfare. Was Sidhu Moosewala summoned in Vicky Middukhera case? Such a talented original artists will not have his surreal talent if he was wasting time in such diversionary tactics. He was just a brave youngsters confident in his ability to protect himself and not succumb to terror tactics of ransom seekers.

9. So Judge should ensure Punjab Police is not indulging in hollow talks . Judge should ensure evidence of Goldy brar's extradition correspondence is attached to the case. Similarly Delhi Police's statement from Shahrukh should be attached and investigated. IP address logs of so called pages of Goldy Brar and Lawrence Bishnous and their locations attached after seeking information from Facebook.
