Great Innovation - A Contactless NFC “MasterCard” Debit Card launched by the United Bank of India.

United Bank of India, a leading Public Sector Bank in India, has launched Mastercard Debit Card with trimming edge contactless “NFC” technology for including a conventional digital product in its kitty of technology services.

After this innovation, it will be the first bank in the country who has launched contactless Debit Cards, particularly on MasterCard. This is the primary contactless card offering from headquartered banks at Kolkata.

This card was unveiled when Ashok Kumar Pradhan, Executive Director at the United Bank of India.

The Maharashtra State Cooperative Bank (MSC) will now merge with City The Co-operative Bank -operative Bank and Pune-based Rupee Co-op Bank-Shahupuri Bank, it has sent two offers to RBI.

The merger will surely lack nearly Rs 1,300 crore of capital. “Now the thing is MSC Bank is confident that the RBI will give it the go-ahead on both the mergers in about four months,” Anáskar , chairperson of MSC Bank said.

We must say that it's quite an impressive move by MSC Bank!
