A vlogger has claimed that a small piece of chicken was found in our Paneer Roll. From the moment the incident was reported, as an immediate step, we have temporarily closed the specific Franchisee outlet, and our management is conducting a thorough internal investigation into the alleged incident.

We have been in constant communication with the relevant authorities, including the police, to handle the matter carefully. We want to make sure everything is investigated thoroughly and necessary corrections are made by the Franchisee or their employees.

Your relationship with us means a lot, and we truly appreciate your understanding and continued support during this process. We promise to take all necessary actions to uncover the truth behind this matter and ensure such incidents are prevented in the future.
