Protests in Kashmir After Three Killed in Army's Custody

Three of those detained by Army are dead after custodial torture, while other five are in hospital having recieved injuries. All three belong to tribal community in J&K, which has no history of taking part in insurgency. Around 21 people were taken into custody by the Army after a terror attack in Poonchh sector of J&K UT.
More than 60 thousand had died during insurgency in the region since 1980's. Modi Govt had been claiming de-escalation in terror attacks after it came to power ans especially after abolition of Art 370 from the Constitution ending special status of Kashmir.

Colorado Supreme Court has declared Ex-US President Donald Trump ineligible to contest the elections or hold any office under the Federal government. The Court has directed Trump to be removed from the primary ballot of Colorado. Trump had been accused of provoking insurrection on January 6, 2021 to hold on to power.
Trump is accused in many more cases that are pending in several US states.

On 13th December six young protestors smoked the central hall of Parliament with a color canister. Parallels with this act are being drawn in media on one side with 2001 attack on Parliament and on the other with the scare bomb thrown in central assembly by HSRA activists 96 years before on 8th April 1929.
Though the act of the six is mere parody of 1929 action of HSRA, yet the government has responded to it with equal ferocity. A case under anti-terror law UAPA has been imposed upon the six. HSRA activists attempted to raise the issue of oppression by British elite rulers, six youth have attempted to bring unemployment to focus.
As videos of young protestors being beaten up by the MPs are being circulated, anger is brewing up among the young people.

Second day after color canisters were opened in parliament by protestors, media and political parties continued to scream for security breach in parliament. None of them spoke of the issues like unemployment or suicides in desperation. None spoke on arrest of the young protestors or charging them under UAPA Anti-Terror law. Real issues were once again kept out of public focus.

Two young protestors opened smoke canisters in Parliament today. They jumped from visitors gallery and started to spread smoke. Amidst ruckus in the house, the duo were arrested. Two others were arrested from outside of the house who raised anti-govt slogans. One or two are stated to have escaped. Youngsters were opposing unemployment and dictatorial methods of government in suppressing voice of the youth.

3 Palestinian Students Shot in US I Vermont I Burlinghton

3 students have been shot in Burlinghton City of Vermont in US. Apparently a hate crime against Arabs and Muslims, the incident is being hushed up by the police. Police has told that a white man holding a shotgun in hand has fired four rounds injuring 3 Palestinian students.
