Our airport projects aim to fulfil both front facing and back of house requirements – from completely automating a seamless check-in to boarding process for travellers by using innovative baggage handling systems, to designing seamless experiences through the airport made possible by intuitive wayfinding signage and lighting.

Job Description
Reporting to the Project Leader on planning and design aspects and to the Managing Director on project delivery ,contractual, and others matters.
Liaise with clients when required to drive discussions to resolution.
Strategically plan the timelines and work-plans.
To advise, direct and supervise all design processes from a technical and buildability perspective.
To advise the project team on design options
Drafting comprehensive drawing sets from concept through construction documents
Generate detailed 3D models to develop all parts of the changing design process
Technical detailing & construction administration experience, with the ability to resolve design issues in a creative and pragmatic way by developing multiple design options that meet the project budget and design approach
Strong ability to prepare, develop and edit drawings and models as they relate to the project
Contribute as required to the Design Reviews.
Support communication between project team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and building officials
Providing technical guidance and innovative solutions to help resolve complex technical and design challenges
Be proactive

Experience

Excellent communication skills, fluent in English - spoken and written.
Significant contributions to an extremely well documented and coordinated drawing set
Excellent ability in Revit, Rhino, Adobe Suite. Grasshopper and V-Ray is a plus
Solid knowledge of products, materials, zoning / building codes and construction methods.
Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines on budget and on time
A keen eye for attention to detail and accuracy
Pro-active and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative in response to direction from project leaders, directors, and partners
A team player, with a flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working and collaborating

Skill set

Professional qualification as an Architect
Minimum 3+ years of professional experience with transit , Aviation / Airport architecture and construction
Experience with legislation and building code on build projects
