"As rivers flowing into the ocean find their final peace and their name and form disappear, even so the wise become free from name and form and enter into the radiance of the Supreme Spirit."

It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work.
It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.

"With awareness there comes choice. And so you are able to say: "I allow this moment to be as it is". And then, suddenly, where before there was irritation, there is now a sense of aliveness and peace. And out of that comes right action.

On 4 th June 2023 Ayngaran Foundation chairman Vince Thomas and directors KAJA Hussain , Riyas Kunhimon provided note books and school bags for poor school students Ayngaran Foundation, a non-profit organization that aims to help needy people and promote self growth, has donated note books and school bags to poor school students in Pallakkad , Kerala . The donation was part of the foundation’s initiative to support education and empower the underprivileged children.

It doesn't really matter who you used to be, what matters is who you're becoming.

Akshya Dharma is a social response initiative by Ayngaran Foundation, a spiritual non-profit organization based in Palani, Tamil Nadu. The initiative aims to serve food, medicine, groceries and essential items to the poor and needy people in various locations of Tamil Nadu and Kerala, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic situation. The initiative has reached out to more than 10,000 people and has provided monthly grocery kits to low-income families.
On 5 May 2023, Akshya Dharma director mr Riyas kunhimon distributing food and groceries to the people in, Palakkad and Thirussur districts of Kerala.
