Patient came with severe ankle pain after fall from stair.
On examination Xray was normal. On palpation swelling was on lateral malleolus . PRICE protocol was given with some modifications.

Positive results came from the SLR and Slouch tests.

At the L4-5 and L5-S1 levels, a slight disc bulge is visible on MRI.

Patient Renu Came with severe knee pain during stair climbing and prolong standing. On Diagnosis there was Degenerative Changes in knee joint ( Osteoarthritis).

As you can see in Xray decreased joint space in knee joint.
