Job Title:

Front-desk Receptionist

Job Description:

Make the clients of a gym feel welcome and complete a variety of front desk tasks, such as taking phone calls, answering to questions, handling correspondence, and keeping the reception area clean and well-organized.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain a record of all guests and members coming to the gym.

• Maintain a record of all Entry & Exit made to the gym with time and date mentioned.

• Handle all incoming calls and answered the enquiries made.

• Assist the Duty Manager in maintaining the gym.

• Administer the payments made by the members.

• Resolve all customer complaints/doubts/queries.

Key Skills Required:

√ Techinal Skills.

√ Interpersonal Skills.

√ Problem Solving Ability.

Working Hours:

Evening - 5 to 8 (Flexible)

Salary:
