how rheumatoid arthritis affects Ur body ...it's a classic case of police turned hostile...காக்கும் காவல்துறை அதிகாரிகள் திருடனை பிடிப்பதற்கு பதிலாக மக்களை அடித்தால் என்ன் ஆகும்...அதே தான்..நம் உடலை கிருமிகளிருந்து காக்கும் இரத்த வெள்ளை அணுக்கள் ... நம் உடலின் மீது தவறுதலாக தாக்குதல் நடத்தினால் என்ன ஆகும்...மூட்டு வலி வீக்கம் தேய்மானம்...என் மூட்டும் முட்டை சுற்றி உள்ள ஜவ்வு எனப்படும் ligaments capsule ஆகிய திசுக்களில் பாதிப்பு ஏற்படுகிறது.
நம் வீட்டு நாற்காலிகள் அதன் காலில் bush பொருத்துவது வழக்கம்...ஏன்...தரையுடன் உராய்வு ஏற்படாமல் இருக்கவும்....கீச்ச்ச் என்ற சத்தம் ஏற்படாமல் இருக்கவும் உதவுகிறது.
அதே போல் தான் முட்டில் எலும்பின் இருபகுதிகள்... உராய்வு ஏற்படும் போது....கிரிஸ் grease தடவிய ball bearing போல polish போட்ட marble போல வழ வழ என்ற ஒரு திசு உள்ளது .அது தான் cartilage...அது மிகவும் மெல்லிய மிருதுவான திசு... ஆனால் உடலின் இடையை தாங்க கூடிய வலிமை கொண்டது.... இதன் speciality சிறப்பு என்னவென்றால் ...இதற்கு இரத்த ஓட்டமே இல்லை...மூட்டில் உள்ள தண்ணீரை சத்துக்களை உறிஞ்சி உயிர் வாழ்கிறது... இந்த தசு பாதிப்பு ஏற்பட்டால் மூட்டு தேய்மானம் எனப்படுகிறது.... rheumatoid arthritis முடக்கு வாதம் இந்த cartilageஐ எரித்து விடுகிறது....
கை விரல்கள், தோல் பட்டை இடுப்பு பந்து கிண்ணமூட்டு .முட்டி, முழங்கை ,மணிக்கட்டு , ... போன்ற அனைத்து முட்டுகளை பாதிக்கப்படுகிறது.

I am obsessed with # biomechanics from my days..its a really confusing ...obnoxious entity ...I never understood it ..You guys may think why am I obsessed with this dislocation of a small bone in the wrist ..it's a small bone but to understand the effect it has on the wrist function is huge...it's a lunate... because..it resembles like a moon on the lateral xray of the wrist.
It is like a husband .( # disclaimer This story is imaginary. resemblance to anyone's reality I hold no responsibility)
A faces a constant tug of war struggle from two people in his life ..wife and mother...
1. - ...boat shaped and with a beautiful waist with two poles.....
2. ... ...'constant bone ..
Additionally I add more characters
3. ... ...Head of the family... central axis of the wrist passes
4. and trapezoid are offspring brothers....they are always with mom ...they don't come to dad at all ...
5. is the moms pet daughter ....useless and always with mom
6. is mom's brother Thai maman with a big scary hook ( moustache) ....
Here wife is the scaphoid....it's mobile...flexible ....moves here and there....flexes with radial deviation and extends with ulnar deviation...
Like wise Thro scapholunate ligament the wife controls the husband ..and pulls him to her each and every whims
And pulls it along with it
The triquetrum is relatively rigid and has a constant control over the husband...it keeps it extended thro the lunatotriquetral ligament...mother infuses confidence into son and keeps his head high....
So sld ligament injury s like a divorce....lunate is constantly extended ...and scaphoid is flexed....SL angle is increased . And its called dorsal intercalated segmental instability... ... ..d for d....
The other injury is ... triquetral ligament injury .. is flexed . Just like a ...nuclear family.....
Now comes the lunate dislocation...this is husband gone for sanyasi...having severed the relationship with both wife and mother ...
Perilunate dislocation is kicking the father , mother , wife out ...the lunate husband ...enjoying his stay at home
Now classified it
type 1 divorce
2 divorce plus no father
3..divorce plus no father and detachment from mother
4. Sanyasi
Kienböck disease is the poor husband dying of myocardial infarction...
The only things which usually keeps the husband grounded in all this situation is the volar short radio lunate ligament...which is intact and is usually not damaged and forms the basis of maneuver .
Keeping a finger in the volar aspect ...give traction for the husband to come back inside the house.....
And I can go along with snac and slac....
Scaphoid is like wife...the blood supply is very precarious.. have to fix her as soon as possible...or else u loose her....
Just letting my imagination run ...I think I can explain many more fusions and treatments
