To commemorate the birth anniversary of shri Maulana Abul Kalam Azad and the National Education Day, a rally was organized by the students of Achariya Siksha Mandir Villianur.
The rally started from the school campus with a strength of 350 students and 15 staff. The rally started with the flag off ceremony by the principals : Mrs. Suganthi Visvanathan and Mr. Mohammed Farook.
The rally was extended upto 5 Kms from the school campus to thirukanchi, a small village near by.

புதுச்சேரி மூலக்குளம் ஆதிகேசவன் நகரில் அமைந்துள்ள ஆச்சாரியா சிக்க்ஷ மந்திர் பள்ளியில் ஆங்கில மொழி திறன் ஆய்வக துவக்க விழா இனிதே நடைபெற்றது. ஆங்கில மொழிதிறன் வளர்ச்சி இன்றைய மாணவர்களுக்கு மிகவும் அவசியமாகிறது எனவே ஆச்சாரியா மாணவர்கள் பயனடையும் வகையில் இந்த ஆய்வகம் உருவாக்கப்படுள்ளது. ஆச்சாரிய கல்வி நிருவனங்ளின் மேலான் இயகுனர் திரு அரவிந்தன் அவர்கள் குத்துவிளக்கு எற்றி துவக்கிவைத்தார். நவீன தொழிநுட்பம் மாற்றும் பாரம்பரியம் கற்றல் கருவிகளை கொண்டு ஏற்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ள இந்த ஆய்வகம் மாணவர்களுக்கு மிகவும் பறனுள்ள வகையில் அமையும் என்று தெரிவித்தார் . எளிதாக ஆங்கில மொழியினை கற்கும் திறன்களை மாணவர்களிடம் கேட்டறிந்தார் . இவ்விழாவில் பள்ளியின் துணை முதல்வர் நரேன் அனைவரையும் வரவேற்று பேசினார் இந்நிகழ்ச்சிக்கான ஏற்பாடுகளை பள்ளியின் ஆங்கில ஆசிரியர்கள் மற்றும் பள்ளியின் லிங்குஸ்டிக்ஸ் கிளப் மாணவர்கள் சேர்த்து நடத்தினர்.

சர்வதேச சதுப்புநில சூழ்நிலை பாதுகாப்பு நாளை முன்னிட்டு புதுச்சேரியில் சதுப்புநில காடுகளைக் கொண்ட தேங்காய்திட்டு பகுதியில் ஆச்சார்யா கல்விக் குழுமமும் புதுச்சேரி வனத்துறையினரும் இணைந்து அப்பகுதியில் மாங்குரூவ் மரக்கன்றுகளை பாதுகாக்கும் ஒரு முயற்சியாக ஆச்சார்யா பள்ளி மாணவர்கள் மாங்குரூவ் மரங்களை நட்டனர். இந்நிகழ்வை ஆச்சார்யா கல்விக் குழுமத்தின் நிர்வாக இயக்குனர் திரு. ஜெ.அரவிந்தன் அவர்கள் துவக்கி வைத்தார்.

இதன் ஒரு பகுதியாக நேற்று (25/07/2016) வீராம்பட்டினம் அருகே உள்ள சதுப்புநில பகுதியில் இருந்து ஏகலைவ்யா பள்ளி மாணவர்கள் 100 மாங்குரூவ் மரக்கன்றுகளை சேகரித்தனர். அதன் பின் சர்வதேச சதுப்புநில சூழ்நிலை பாதுகாப்பு நாளான இன்று, தேங்காய்த்திட்டு உப்பு நீர் சதுப்பு நிலப் பகுதியில் 100 மாங்குரூவ் மரக்கன்றுகளை நட்டு சதுப்பு நிலக்காடுகளை செப்பனிடும் முயற்சியில் ஆச்சார்யா கல்விக் குழும மாணவர்கள் ஈடுபட்டனர்.

மாங்குரூவ் கிளைகளில் இருந்து வேர்கள் உண்டாகும் வெப்ப மண்டல மரமான இவை கடின சூழல்களை தாங்கும் விதைகளை உற்பத்தி செய்கின்றன. இதன் வேர் அமைப்பு ஆழிப்பேரலையில் இருந்து காக்கும் தன்மையுடையது. மாங்குரூவ் மரங்களையும், அதன் வேர்களை சுற்றியும் நிலம் மற்றும் நீர்வாழ் உயிரினங்கள் பல்கிப் பெருகும். இந்த உயிரனங்களை பாதுகாக்க நாம் மாங்குரூவ் மரங்களை நடுவது மட்டுமல்லாது பாதுகாக்கவும் வேண்டும் என்பதன் அவசியத்தை மாணவர்களின் பங்களிப்பு உணர்த்துவதாக இருந்தது என்று மாணவர்கள் கூறினர்.
