In-depth knowledge about VMC 2D programming and use of WorkNC.

3-4 years Knowledge experience in VMC Programming of Precision machining.

Reading drawing, knowledge of tool selection.



VMC programming on all VMC machines.
CNC programming on all CNC machines.
New Part development including Feasibility plan, control and process plans, sample production to regular production development.
Planning and Implementing of Process, Control, Tooling, etc. for all Production and Test Order jobs.
Planning for CNC Machines in co-ordination with Conventional machine shop and VMC Machine shop.
Improvement of production cycle by reduction of cycle times of jobs and reduction of rejection.
Monitoring and Supervision of VMC and CNC Operators, Setters.
Inspection of In-process jobs on machine.
Any other responsibility related to your post and department as and when required will be assigned to you as required.

 Oversee the machines while they execute the tasks and make the necessary changes to produce improved results.
 Check machinery on a daily basis to guarantee functionality.
 Record all machine actions by completing production and quality logs.
 Provide timelines.
 Ensure that results of machining process align with client expectations.
 Conduct regular CNC machine assessments.
 Maintain safety and quality procedures in alignment with company policies.
