"Nutrela Soya Poha"
Ingredients:
Nutrela Soya granules- 40 gms
Chopped Vegetables (Onion, Carrot, capsicum, green peas)-100 gms
Ghee- 10 gms
Peanuts- 20 gms
Paneer- 50 gms
Mustard seeds, curry leaves, salt
Recipe- 😋
1- Soak Soya granules in warm water for 15 minutes. Squeeze thoroughly & keep aside.
2- Heat 10 gms Ghee in pan, add mustard seeds,Curry leaves & peanuts.
3- Now saute Vegetables of ur choice like Onion, carrot, capsicum, green peas for 2-3 minutes.
4- Add Soya granules & Paneer, & add salt to taste. Mix everything properly.
Now serve with lemon squeezed from top.

"Restaurant Style Home-made Chilly Paneer"
100 gm Paneer..
Chopped capcicum,
Onion,
Spring Onion,
Green Chilly,
Vegetables of your choice
Ginger-Garlic paste
Soya Sauce,Chilli Sauce
& Vinegar
Dust Paneer with little 1/2 tsp cornflour and little Salt & chilli powder and 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste.
Shallow fry on non stick with 10gm of butter/ghee from all sides.
Within 5 min take it out.. Keep aside
In pan take 10 gms butter/ghee, add ginger garlic paste, Chillies, Vegetables and Saute them. now Put the shallow fried paneer and
Add 1/2 tsp Soya sauce,
1 tsp chilli sauce,
1/2 tsp Vinegar
Salt to taste. Mix everything well.
Chilli paneer is ready 😋

Who says Rice makes one Fat?? 🤔
Its a complete MYTH 🙄
Rice is good source of Carbohydrates, it gives you instant energy & feeling of fullness.
It has similar calories as of Wheat/Millets/Oats.
Culprit is the excess Sugar, refined carbohydrates, trans-fat from fast food, sugary beverages, hydrogenated Vegetable oil etc on daily basis responsible for Fat gain.
- Rice if consumed in appropriate quantity & if it fits in your daily calorie intake then it will not lead to Fat gain 😊
