A simple home cooked meal can be a balanced one....
Source of (major) :
Carbs - Rice
Protein- besan dahi curry, paneer
Fats - paneer, curry cooked in ghee
Vitamin, minerals - Vegetables on the side ( cabbage, bell peppers, capsicum caonion,tomato)
Fibres - Cucumber, fresh pudina and coriander.
P.S. - Dahi/curd/yogurt/lassi/chaas - underated items but the best superfood one should have daily with lunch in any form..
