Sheer delight in every bite!

Classic Lasagne
A robust bolognese sauce, creamy béchamel, grated cheese layered with lasagne sheets and baked till golden.
Food is an experience and lasagna as far as I can remember has always been a dinner table favourite.
There is a certain warmth, comfort and joy that a spoonful of lasagna brings to the palate.
My mother used to make it often and I learnt at high school how to make it, but I was taught the love of making Lasagne from my dear friend in Prague. She cooked some wonderful Italian meals and the passion of her cooking and sharing definitely left a mark in my heart.
Nothing makes me happier than enjoying and sharing good food with special friends and family.
Lasagne would most definitely be one of those dishes!

Caesar salad
I first learnt to make a classic Caesar salad as a trainee at the J W Marriott in Hong Kong.
The classic Caesar salad I made was prepared (gueridon style) using raw egg, anchovies and fresh ground pepper out of the foot long red pepper mill. I still recall how my colleagues snickered while I added the pepper (claiming I held the pepper mill like i was pointing a weapon at the diner!)

As with most recipes, they get adapted to their environment and peoples habits.

At Vicki’s, we make our own Caesar dressing using eggless mayo, garlic and Parmesan cheese. We offer a Chicken Caesar and Veg Caesar salad topped with crunchy croutons.
You also have a choice of adding on bacon along with many other toppings.

It’s a sure delight with our Caesar salad - fresh, crisp, creamy, cheesy and crunchy.
