The smile on the girls face and her mothers grateful ness at the three month follow up visit, makes my job worth the effort and the stress. This young girl was absolutely dredding getting married. Now she is happy and confident of facing society. Breast asymmetry is a lot more common than many think. I use my custom breast volume sizing technique along with Crisalix 3 D morphing tools to assess the exact breast volume difference and use either augmentation reduction or lift with fat grafting to correct the volume difference. Along with volume difference one should correct shape, ni**le and inframammary fold levels. This surgery needs skilful ex*****on and is considered the most challenging in any breast surgery.

Keloids is a condition that afflicts many. They have a tendency to produce excessive and autonomous scar tissue. are reluctant to cut these as they tend to come back more aggressively. Here showing a case where the lady had recurrent keloid of the ear causing grotesque deformity. The keloid was excised under radiation cover to prevent recurrence. The patient is now happy that she looks normal and can wear pretty ear rings.
