However, this 5th year of our company stands out the most among all the past celebrations.
This year, we also celebrated the initiation of the ‘Leave Independence Policy’. Our dynamic leaders have launched a new leave policy for the Noccarc team.
We took this initiative in the spirit of our core values: People Empowerment and a Culture of Trust.

How does it work? It’s simple, really.
Every team member is allowed to take unlimited leaves during their tenure.
That’s right! We, at Noccarc, have decided to showcase our trust in our employees’ work ethic.

A year back during the 1st wave of COVID-19, the immediate need of the nation was to resolve the scarcity of ventilators. We took up this challenge & we came up with NOCCARC V310- An advanced ICU Ventilator.

All through our journey, we were always sure of one thing, just developing a product would never be enough. To meet the demand of the nation, keeping intact our value to 'never compromise on quality', we steadily amplified our capabilities through the last few months and on the 23rd May 2021, we achieved our all-time record by producing 103 ventilators in a single day.

Our achievement was just a dream a few weeks back. It is the contribution of every department, right from the procurement to the dispatch, which has made Noccarc live the dream!

Traditionally, solar panels in large-scale power plants are cleaned using water (about 100 liter for 1,000 units of electricity).

We at Noccarc Robotics envision to strengthen the infrastructure set up for power generation. Our -centric solutions address the wastage of water at solar power plants.

Noccarc A600 & Noccarc S200 developed by Noccarc Robotics are robots, to bridge this gap. The installation of these will reduce the consumption of water for panel cleaning purpose in remote arid regions where the water pressure is already very high. The by regular cleaning of solar panels by these robots will also be high.
