Root canal treatment with 38 with less accessibility.
There comes a challenging case sometimes which tests you. Mesial canals were very close to each other. Obturation working length was rechecked and obturated. Lateral canal was nicely filled in distal. Rest seen in pics.

It took all of my physical fitness to negotiate the canals... Sacrificed plenty of 8, 10 k files
But hard work pays off... As you can see in the photos!

Sometimes you don't come to know if there is caries/cavity/कीड
At such times, even if you dont have pain, you should report to your dentist for checkup. Ideally you should get a routine dental checkup done every 6 months.

Similar thing happened here. Patient wanted to get scaling done. Comes for dental check up twice an year! This time when he came, i could make out caries even though there was no cavitation as such.
Local anesthesia administered. On excavation, class 2 caries was seen. After Caries removal, restoration was performed. Rest all in the pics
