At Designfundaz, we believe remarkable talent, enthusiasm, and creative thinking add up to great work. We’re looking for a creative thinker with excellent writing and research skills to help us elevate that work as our full-time, in-house copywriter. As a member of the creative team, our copywriter will write and edit copy for a variety of projects (including print, web, mobile, video, and social media), working closely with the accounts and design teams to brainstorm ideas, create concepts, and develop messaging. Thorough research and interviews will be required to understand each client's industry, products/services, branding, and marketing goals.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

Interpret creative briefs to develop and produce creative concepts through ex*****on on assigned brands
Research and understand the client's needs and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with subject matter experts, and in-person meetings
Write original copy and edit content for a range of corporate marketing and communications materials
Collaborate with a team of account managers and creative staff from concept development to delivery of final product
Present copy concepts and final deliverables, and to client representative as needed, and participate in client pitches on occasion
Revise copy based on internal and client feedback/direction

We are looking for an experienced social media strategist to join our team. You must have proven experience of creating and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns, have a high degree of understanding of social media platforms and how they can benefit business as well as a solid understanding of search engine optimization and how it is complimented by social media.

If you are a motivated self-starter, with superb communication and written skills and strong knowledge of content creation and seeding (including the ability to analyze, test and research ideas fully), then we want to hear from you.

Your role will be to create, develop and manage campaigns for customers and increase traffic, interaction and revenue via social media. To develop specific community mapping documents based on individual clients needs, setting up the technical aspects of each campaign where needed or on an ad-hoc basis and tracking of each of the campaigns, from reputation management to engagement metrics. You will need to assess strategies currently in place for existing clients and to recommend new or amended campaigns to help grow brand awareness, increase traffic, improve return on investment and grow the various social media properties.

Key responsibilities:
1. Develop Creative and engaging social media strategies
2. Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
3. Over-see, plan and deliver content across different platforms
create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms
4. Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote your organisation and brand
5. Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
undertake audience research
6. manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
7. Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
8. research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
9. Analyse clients competitor activity
10. Recommend improvements to increase performance
11. Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement
manage, motivate and coach junior staff such as social media executives or assistants
12. Manage a budget for social media activities
13. Educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within your company (in-house roles)
14. Encourage collaboration across teams and departments
15. Regularly liaise with clients via telephone, email, conference calls or face-to-face (agency roles)
