Starting at Aircel Limited as a Business Analyst, Amit sir demonstrated expertise in corporate finance, revenue assurance, and international roaming marketing. He led data usage and retention efforts at Vodafone, achieving remarkable growth in Tamilnadu circle. Transitioning to Reliance Jio, he spearheaded HNI marketing and go-to-market strategies, expanding the customer base, Led a team of 300+ Sales Executives. At RIVIGO, he drove micro-market initiatives and loyalty programs as GTM Head with 400+ Sales Managers in 150+ Micromarkets. As Head of Expansion at OYO Cloud Kitchen, he scaled operations and formed strategic alliances & worked as BDH for WB & NE states. Currently Senior Director, Demand Head at Battery Smart, he leads national growth and sales in 30+ Cities with a large team, contributing to India's largest battery swapping network for EVs. Amit sir's diverse experience reflects his strategic vision and commitment to excellence, inspiring professionals and embodying our alma mater's spirit of innovation and success.

Mr. Nikhil Kulkarni is steering NextGen IT solutions in a leadership role. With over 23 years of experience and currently serving as Cloud & Security Solutions Head for Cognizant North America, Sir is instrumental in architecting industry-aligned technology solutions in Gen AI, Cloud, & Modern Workplace service areas in Consulting and Sales functions. He holds esteemed certifications like PMP, Cloud Practitioner, ISO27001 Lead Auditor, PRINCE2, CDCP, etc. Apart from Cognizant, Nikhil was associated with Wipro, TCS, Verizon Business, and Cable &Wireless.

Sir inspires us to remain focused on bringing change through technology and inclusion. We are proud to have Mr. Nikhil Kulkarni as part of our alumni network. With a keen focus on innovation and excellence, He has consistently demonstrated his ability to navigate complex challenges and drive tangible results. His expertise spans diverse domains, including CSR, SDG, ESG, and Regulatory Affairs, making him a formidable force in Digital Commerce. Having worked extensively with the Strategic Alliances team at the Office of the Principal Scientific Advisor, Government of India, Dheeraj sir has led pivotal projects like Manthan.gov.in, fostering invaluable collaborations between industry and academia and directing substantial R&D investments. His contributions extend across various E-Governance initiatives and industry-academia collaboration platforms, where he has partnered with leading entities across telecom, insurance, healthcare, BFSI, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors.

As a distinguished graduate of SIDTM, Dheeraj sir’s profound expertise and adaptability in advisory and consulting roles for developing Digital Commerce strategies are widely acclaimed. His remarkable achievements are a source of pride for the entire SIDTM fraternity, reflecting his enduring influence and leadership in the field.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Mr. Akhil Srivastava on his recent appointment as Director and Head of Marketing CoE at Manhattan Associates. Akhil’s career journey is a testament to his exceptional leadership, business acumen, and relentless pursuit of excellence.

Commencing as a Sales Executive at Select Technologies (Wipro ePeripherals), Akhil quickly distinguished himself, earning recognition as a “Million $$$ Club Member” at Oracle for his exemplary contributions to business development. His tenure at Tally Solutions saw him being felicitated as the “Most Important Player” for his pivotal role in Marketing Campaigns, further solidifying his reputation as a marketing stalwart. His impactful contributions continued at Infosys and EdgeVerve, where he was instrumental in establishing and promoting Infosys’ automation platform, AssistEdge. His efforts were recognized with the prestigious “Award for Excellence – Marketing” in 2015, 2016 and 2018. His expertise in demand generation, partner marketing, and strategic initiatives in leveraging MarTech solutions was further showcased during his tenure at MetricStream, where he served as Senior Director and later as Associate Vice President.

In his present role with Manhattan Associates, Akhil is responsible for amplifying digital presence, scaling global demand generation campaigns and accelerating pipeline growth.

We are thrilled to see Mr. Sen join forces with another fellow alumnus, Mr. Deepesh Sodhi, who is the Founder and CEO of fluid.live Solutions Private Limited.

Remarkable achievements and diverse experiences across various industries mark Anshuman sir's journey. Starting as an intern at Savvy Infocenter, he swiftly progressed through roles such as Project Manager, VP of Technology, and Head of Sales and Business Development at TechNex Technologies Private Limited. Anshuman sir’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to found Semat Excellence Center, a pioneering startup in technology training, and later co-found Thinkcerti.com, a career discovery platform. His expertise in digital marketing and training was recognized during his tenure as a Digital Marketing Trainer at Digiperform and Champion AWS Authorized instructor at Trainocate. Anshuman sir's contributions extended to various domains, including co-founding Altius Digital, leading as Technical Director at CyberSage, and his commitment to education and knowledge dissemination is reflected in his roles as Visiting and Adjunct Faculty at SIDTM, where he is imparting invaluable wisdom to aspiring students.

Ms. Nikita Kumawat's career trajectory is a testament to her exceptional leadership and entrepreneurial acumen. Starting as an Assistant Consultant at Tech Mahindra, she swiftly moved up the ranks, demonstrating proficiency in roles such as Solution Designer and Process Consultant. Nikita's tenure at Tata Communications saw her implementing new processes and conducting audits, showcasing her commitment to efficiency and excellence. At EY, she conceptualized advisory roadmaps and facilitated risk analysis for software development and vendor contracts management.

Transitioning to entrepreneurship, Nikita ma’am founded Startupbuzz, an online platform dedicated to delivering the latest news and updates about the startup world. As the Co-Founder of Soulfit, she introduced innovative wearable technology to the Indian market. Ma’am’s leadership journey continued as the Director of Ek Matra Technology Pvt Ltd before assuming her current role as Co-founder and MD of Brandworks Ltd where she leads a company of 1200 employees with an aggregated revenue of 460 crores in 2024 and focuses on manufacturing India's hardware ecosystem, demonstrating her prowess in business analysis. Nikita Kumawat ma’am's recognition in the International Women's Day: 10 Leadership Role Models To Cherish In 2024 by Outlook India underscores her dedication, vision, and entrepreneurial drive.
