Successfully marching towards 2 decades (Exactly 18 Years) completion at Raipur.... By the grace of Goddess “Maa Bhawani”, blessings of our parents, elders, best wishes from all of you today on 26th June 2024, Thursday, we have completed 18 years of resident ship at Raipur.
It was a very tough and painful task to leave as Assistant Professor and Young Scientist Awardee and Principal Research Investigator of the Department of Science and Technology research project in 2006, 15 years of teaching profession in the institute pioneered by my father Late Prof. B. M. Thakare, and migrated to Raipur without taking all legal claims of the entire tenure of services at the institute served and lot of professional risk.
Establishing first private laboratory as Thakare Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd, it is very smooth, enjoyable, graceful journey since 2006 with your blessings and best wishes including formation of firm TCS and Company Thakare Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. in 2008, and Pinnacle Infrastructures in 2016.

शिवाजी की निर्माता माँ जीजाबाई

यों तो हर माँ अपनी सन्तान की निर्माता होती है; पर माँ जीजा ने अपने पुत्र शिवाजी के केवल शरीर का ही निर्माण नहीं किया, अपितु उनके मन और बुद्धि को भी इस प्रकार गढ़ा कि वे आगे चलकर भारत में मुगल शासन की चूलें हिलाकर हिन्दू साम्राज्य की स्थापना में सफल हुए।

जीजा का जन्म महाराष्ट्र के सिन्दखेड़ ग्राम में 12 जनवरी, 1602 (पौष शुक्ल पूर्णिमा) को हुआ था। उनके पिता लखूजी जाधव अन्य मराठा सरदारों की तरह निजामशाही की सेवा करते थे। इन सरदारों को निजाम से जमींदारी तथा उपाधियाँ प्राप्त थीं; पर ये सब एक-दूसरे को नीचा दिखाने का प्रयास करते रहते थे। इनमें परस्पर युद्ध भी होते रहते थे।

एक बार रंगपंचमी पर लखूजी के घर में उत्सव मनाया जा रहा था। अनेक सरदार वहाँ सपरिवार आये थे। लखूजी की पुत्री जीजा तथा उनके अधीन कार्यरत शिलेदार मालोजी के पुत्र शहाजी आपस में खूब खेल रहे थे। लखूजी ने कहा - वाह, इनकी जोड़ी कितनी अच्छी लग रही है। मालोजी ने लखूजी से कहा, इसका अर्थ है कि हम आपस में समधी हो गये।

इस पर लखूजी बिगड़ गये। उन्होंने कहा कि मैंने तो यह मजाक में कहा था। मेरे जैसे सरदार की बेटी तुम्हारे जैसे सामान्य शिलेदार की बहू कैसे बन सकती है ? इस पर मालोजी नाराज हो गये। उन्होंने कहा, अब मैं यहाँ तभी आऊँगा, जब मेरा स्तर भी तुम जैसा हो जाएगा। मालोजी ने लखूजी की नौकरी भी छोड़ दी।

अब वे अपने गाँव आ गये; पर उनका मन सदा उद्विग्न रहता था। एक रात उनकी कुलदेवी जगदम्बा ने स्वप्न में उन्हें आशीर्वाद दिया। अगले दिन जब वे अपने खेत में खुदाई कर रहे थे, तो उन्हें स्वर्ण मुद्राओं से भरे सात कलश मिले। इससे उन्होंने 2,000 घोड़े खरीदे और 1,000 सैनिक रख लिये। उन्होंने ग्रामवासियों तथा यात्रियों की सुविधा के लिए अनेक मन्दिर, धर्मशाला तथा कुएँ बनवाये। इससे उनकी ख्याति सब ओर फैल गयी।

यह देखकर निजाम ने उन्हें ‘मनसबदार’ का पद देकर शिवनेरी किला तथा निकटवर्ती क्षेत्र दे दिया। अब वे मालोजी राव भोंसले कहलाने लगे। उधर लखूजी की पत्नी अपने पति पर दबाव डाल रही थी कि जीजा का विवाह मालोजी के पुत्र शहाजी से कर दिया जाये। लखूजी ने बड़ी अनिच्छा से यह सम्बन्ध स्वीकार किया। कुछ समय बाद मालोजी का देहान्त हो गया और उनके बदले शहाजी निजाम के अधीन सरदार बनकर काम करने लगे।

जीजाबाई के मन में यह पीड़ा थी कि उसके पिता और पति दोनों मुसलमानों की सेवा कर रहे हैं; पर परिस्थिति ऐसी थी कि वह कुछ नहीं कर सकती थी। जब वह गर्भवती हुई, तो उन्होंने निश्चय किया कि वे अपने पुत्र को ऐसे संस्कार देंगी, जिससे वह इस परिस्थिति को बदल सके।

शहाजी प्रायः युद्ध में व्यस्त रहते थे, इसलिए उन्होंने जीजाबाई को शिवनेरी दुर्ग में पहुँचा दिया। वहाँ उन्होंने रामायण और महाभारत के युद्धों की कथाएँ सुनीं। इससे गर्भस्थ बालक पर वीरता के संस्कार पड़े।

19 फरवरी, 1630 को शिवाजी का जन्म हुआ। आगे चलकर छत्रपति शिवाजी ने मुगल राजशाही को परास्त कर 6 जून, 1674 को भारत में हिन्दू पद पादशाही की स्थापना की। जीजाबाई मानो इसी दिन के लिए जीवित थीं। शिवाजी को सिंहासन पर विराजमान देखने के बारहवें दिन 17 जून, 1674 (ज्येष्ठ कृष्ण 9) को उन्होंने आँखें मूँद लीं।

विश्व धरोहर दिवस अथवा विश्व विरासत दिवस, (World Heritage Day) प्रतिवर्ष 18 अप्रैल[1] को मनाया जाता है। इस दिवस को मनाने का मुख्य उद्देश्य यह भी है कि पूरे विश्व में मानव सभ्यता से जुड़े ऐतिहासिक और सांस्कृतिक स्थलों के संरक्षण के प्रति जागरूकता लाई जा सके। संयुक्त राष्ट्र की संस्था यूनेस्को की पहल पर एक अंतर्राष्ट्रीय संधि की गई जो विश्व के सांस्कृतिक एवं प्राकृतिक धरोहरों के संरक्षण के हेतु प्रतिबद्ध है। यह संधि सन् 1972 में लागू की गई। प्रारंभ में मुख्यतः तीन श्रेणियों में धरोहर स्थलों को शामिल किया गया। पहले वह धरोहर स्थल जो प्राकृतिक रूप से संबद्ध हो अर्थात प्राकृतिक धरोहर स्थल, दूसरे सांस्कृतिक धरोहर स्थल और तीसरे मिश्रित धरोहर स्थल। वर्ष 1982 में इकोमार्क नामक संस्था ने ट्यूनिशिया में अंतर्राष्ट्रीय स्मारक और स्थल दिवस का आयोजन किया तथा उस सम्मेलन में यह बात भी उठी कि विश्व भर में किसी प्रकार के दिवस का आयोजन किया जाना चाहिए। यूनेस्को के महासम्मेलन में इसके अनुमोदन के पश्चात 18 अप्रैल को विश्व धरोहर दिवस के रूप में मनाने के लिए घोषणा की गई। पूर्व में 18 अप्रैल को विश्व स्मारक तथा पुरातत्व स्थल दिवस के रूप में मनाए जाने की परंपरा थी।
