The 26th of January 1950, commemorates the adoption of the Constitution of India. While India gained independence from the British Raj in 1947, it wasn't until this day, that the Constitution of India came into effect, and the country became a sovereign state, declaring it a republic.

This was the day freedom fighters gave up their whole lives for; seeing their country as a democratic nation. So let's honour the lives of all great leaders by devoting ourselves to the betterment of our nation. 🇮🇳

India had honoured its first National Hindi Divas on 14th September 1953. India celebrates Hindi Divas to direct hindi's adoption.

Best suited to these lines our warriors paid the price of the freedom with their lives for around more than centuries so that we could enjoy our Freedom. Remembering our past is very important, it teaches us what to do and what not to do.

Kargil Vijay Diwas, a day to remember the gallant efforts and sacrifices of the Indian Armed Forces. Our flag does not fly because the wind moves, it flies with the last breath of each soldier who died protecting it. Real Heroes don't have a name on the back of their Jersey. They wear the flag of their country.
